ADverb2

ADverb2 is an accurate model of a vintage digital plate reverb rack unit from the 80s, with a few modern tricks up its sleeve. From short, thick, rich reverbs ideal for drums on up to incredibly long heavily chorused, echoey spaces perfect for ambient music, ADverb2 is an excellent addition to your sonic toolkit. ADverb2 works as a stand-alone effect, with Inter-App Audio, but we recommend its use as an AUv3 plugin in a host that supports the format like Beatmaker 3, AUM, Cubasis, GarageBand, etc. » Simple-to-use reverb settings, with pre-delay, time, and size, plus an extensive filtering section to shape the reverb tail. » Logical vintage-style user interface, vector-based for resizability and future-proofing. » XML-based cross-platform preset manager, with copy and paste. (You can even move presets between the iOS version and the desktop version with Handoff.) » Optimized reverb algorithm for low CPU load.

For the few instances you can actually get it to work the plugin delivers. However, for the the other times you need it crashes your session. Very disappointed with this bug it seems to have Show more

Another home run from AudioDamage! Hardware unit reverb sounds on iOS
I’ve purchased all of the AudioDamage AU’s for iOS and they are all brilliant. For the price of one overblown “artist signature”plugin on desktop you could buy all of the iOS AudioDamage AU’s and still have enough dough for a sammich. ADverb really captures that ‘80’s reverb sound of units like the Lexicon PCM’s & the early Yamaha SPX90; very ‘digital’ but in a good way. There’s a sheen and bite that digital plate reverbs have that AudioDamage has totally nailed. If you play synths predominantly and produce EDM & other types of electronic music then this reverb will fit the bill and then some. Highly recommended. Show more
