    Need DARK MODE already plus playlist and track not album download
    When do we get playlists? Android has them, right? Shuffle? I don’t need to download the whole album because I only want one track taking up device storage. Dark mode is way overdue. It’s really too bright to use the blinding white screen at night. I have to use other apps. That’s half of the time or more that people are impacted, please get this done. Show more

    Only decent music app on iPhone
    If it weren’t for the terrible way they handle merch sales, Bandcamp would be top dog across the board. Great for independent artists, great for looking for music to digest. I find it annoying that I have limited listens to individual albums unless I buy, but isn’t that kind of the point? Only downside is the lack of In-App music purchases. Physical releases? All day. Digital Download? Sorry, you got to use the website. Oh, and don’t forget the required PayPal account for any purchases. Show more

    Great service, but the app needs work
    I love Bandcamp, and I’ve bought a lot of music from them to support the artists. And when I’m on my computer and using a web browser, I can play the music that I bought anytime. But not with the mobile app! There’s no way to listen to your own collection on the mobile app. It just routes you into discovering more stuff to buy. Wish they would fix this. Show more

    PLEASE ADD DARK MODE!!!!
    Please, toss a little dark mode update on this app for everyone that likes to browse for new music in the dark! I would use this app for hours every night in bed if you did, and I’m sure countless others would too! Show more

    One issue
    I spend so much time on here and love it but you lose a star for still not having a dark mode option. Really hard for people who have frequent migraines. Show more

    Good platform, okay app UI & UX
    I’ve been on Bandcamp for years now. I love the platform and how it’s helped me to discover some really great artists I otherwise never would have. My only gripe is that I feel Bandcamp is getting too comfortable, and it shows in how their app UI and UX are subpar compared to other platforms like Spotify. 1) Dark Mode - There really is no excuse for this having still not been developed and added. 2) Music Feed - Either provide toggles to exclude fan-based suggestions and genre-based suggestions, or make different feed tabs for them. I don’t even use the feed anymore because of this. 3) Music Feed - For genre suggestions, allow those to be changed to whatever genre is desired, and allow multiple genres. Another reason I don’t use this feed anymore; it’s all a genre I don’t listen to much anymore, and I can’t change it. 4) Search - More search filters, such as sorting by New Releases, Best Selling, etc., like you can do on the desktop site. And when filtering by media type (vinyl, cassette, etc.), we should be able to exclude those that are Sold Out. Show more

    Perhaps tell us how to buy music?
    First off: i LOVE Bandcamp, and believe it's one of the best ways for musicians to get their music out to the world. This is why it's such a shame that it's not possible to buy digital albums/tracks through the app. You can only order physical merch. But if someone is listening to music in the app, isn't that when they're likely to think, "this is great, i want to have this, i want to support the artist, I'll buy it." But you can only add it to a wishlist, which means you have to go through a whole other process on a different device in order to buy. İt would be useful if the app would tell us how to do that somewhere. I was just left thinking that most albums weren't for sale at all, until i figured out what was happening. This is due to Apple's policy where they take 30% of all in-app sales. This cut would make it impossible for Bandcamp to send artists their full payment. Apple really needs to change their policy to make exceptions for sales that go to support others. Show more
