Binaural Sound Central allows you to meditate and relax with true Binaural Beats. These beats are made by putting 2 distinct separate sine waves or pitches in each year. The interference of the two frequencies is what your brain makes into a binaural beat. To use this app and get the full effect you have to use earbuds/headphones to get the discrete sounds to each ear.     Very Good
    The binaural beats offered are very soothing and relaxing to listen to. The experience is best used with headphones- I thought it was broken because I didn't hear anything coming out of the app until I put my ear closer to the speakers. Then again, I should know because binaural means relating to or used with both ears. Show more

    Great selection of tones
    Good app I like the binaural beats offered. There should be some kind of indication that headphones are needed because it makes the app appear broken when nothing happens even if a sound says on and my volume is turned up. Show more

    Very good sounds in the app. Lovely graphics and UI. Use this all the time during commutes!

    Good app
    Concentration is good. However, my feel is broken because is breaks in the loop and restarts. It does not loop properly.

    Really wonderful!
    I have a loooong commute home on a train in Japan and it's often very noisy around, so I not only have a lot of time just wasted on the train (I don't like to play games much), but I can't relax. This app has allowed me to go into a very light but relaxing meditative state where I can use my time to return to and reconnect with Source after a long tough day at work. It's really great. I also love the timer so I don't miss my stop! The psychedelic backgrounds are sweet too ?? Show more
