Combining electronic music, audio frequencies, and specific breathing protocols, Breathonics' exercises are a unique experience that you can complete in just 5 minutes. Breathonics also provides sleep sounds to help you unlock the power of napping. Reduce resting heart rate, beat burnout and get quality rest with evidence-based sleep sounds designed by leading sleep science coaches. Our nap sessions range from 20 to 90 minutes. Breathonics can monitor your performance during breathing exercises with live heart rate readings using your Apple Watch. Keep track of your heart health and sleep debt with Apple Health, and let our recommendation engine show you the right breathing exercises or nap sessions based on your resting heart rate and sleep patterns. You can also use your Apple Watch to schedule Breathwork reminders.     Great Tool for Mental Health ??
    I typically listen to guided meditations in the morning to kick off my day, but ever since downloading this app, I’ve been using this a lot more. It’s nice to switch it up and do breathing exercises rather than listening to guided meditations or using no audio at all. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still continue to do those, but it’s nice to add some variety and challenge myself in a different way. After each session I’ve done, I always leave feeling more calm, grounded and focused which I think can be beneficial to anyone! Only complaint right now is, and it can probably be fixed with an update, is that I sometimes can’t end the session and it doesn’t count towards my progress. Other than that, this app is a great tool to add in your mental health toolbox. Thank you, Breathonics ?? Show more

    Highly recommend for sleep issues/stress/anxiety
    The app and breathing exercises have been very beneficial for me. I had issues sleeping so have been doing the exercises prior to going to bed. I have been sleeping much better and have more energy in the mornings. I also use the exercises during the day, not always using the app but doing the breath work learned from the app, and has helped with my daily stress/anxiety. Highly recommend. Show more

    Great tool for those who need an intro to building a breath work practice. Breathing is an ancient practice that is a natural medicine to combat stress, anxiety, mental health problems, inflammation and self imune deceases. Try it and make it a habit :) Show more

    Simple and efficient!
    This app allows me to get my daily breathing in from my smartphone where I want and when I want to. The interface is easy to navigate and I find everything I need quickly. This is a game changer and I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their overall health. Show more

    Best app ever!
    This is probably one of the coolest apps I own. I feel like I learned how to breathe again for the first time. I never realized my own breath was a tool I could use to adjust and help my levels of anxiety. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know. Show more

    This app is essential
    As a business owner of a property management company in multiple states I need to center myself before and during the work day. This app allows me to be centered and present even if my day is running from meeting to meeting. I love the functionality and how on demand it can be. Used it today while working 15 hours and getting ready for a business trip even had a client doing it with me while he was contemplating a movie with his mother's health in question.
