    NO
This is the most unprofessional instructor I have ever listened to. Waste of my money and time.

    Download
How do you download the actual audio making software? I downloaded this and only can see the turtoils. Is this all just videos?

Great Learning Tool - Few Fixes Recommended
So I read the concern about the narrator being monotonous but frankly what does that matter as his lessons come across cleanly. I can't wait to see more of the MacProVideo Ableton classes being converted as I'd like to obtain them as I finish the first one. However, with my kudos, the following are some of my initial comments back: 1. Lesson 26 ought to be refreshed as it includes mention of the beta of Share Live Sets. Ableton 8 has been out for some time so lessons with references to "beta" ought to be refreshed. 2. Lesson 27 highlights being able to use * and states 'cause it is close to his mouse. Well that assumes, you're using a keyboard and not a laptop without the investement in a keyboard. So is * ideal in this case? Not in my opinion but it does teach the basics of keyboard assignments. Still going through the lessons so if there is anything worthy to feedback on, I shall. Show more

    Improved.. Easy to contact developer...
Much improved over version 1.0 and 1.1 Major stabilty issues fixed after contacting the developer in one day! (It took Apple a few extra days to approve the changes) That is quality customer service if you ask me.... Will update my comments once I finally dive deeper into the lesson but so far have learned quite a bit(the basics) after the first 10 lessons... Worth the price if your serious about learning ABLETON LIVE in and out... Show more

    Do Not Expect Anything
All this software is a tutorial to be able to use ableton do not be expecting to be able to make any type of media from this download. Instead be ready for a monotone voice that will instruct you on how to use software that you must purchase or ha as in the tutorial use as a trial basis for 14 days. The fact that Apple had this setup to be $50 to begin with is rediculous. I am upset spending twenty dollars on it. Show more

    Good material, Terrible presentation
The presenter knows his stuff, but the lessons are presented in a small video window and there is a HUGE playbar controller overlaying the video that you cannot disable and does not ever go away. Why? These guys ovsiously rushed to convert their online videos into an "app", and didn't take much time to design the user expereince at all. That said, the material is useful and clear. Show more
