    What’s going on?
    Got the iOS 15.7 update and now the app says that I have an active subscription, but still wants to purchase each issue. i’ve been with Apple tech support for over 1.5 hrs. and they said it is the app builders problem. I’ve had problems like this before. And they do not have tech-support access. Terrible company ? Show more

    No access to paid current and past issues.
    No access to my already paid for issues and to make matters more ridiculous, now I’m getting emails about renewing my subscription while I can’t access my current one.

    Lost All Back Issues - Cannot Access Current Issues - No Support
    All of my back issues have been lost since update. I am also unable to enter any credentials to access current issues. No response to numerous requests / e-mails to support. Show more

    Completely broken
    Cannot find my subscription or back issues. The previous app was poorly designed as well but at least there was a way to get to the magazine. Truly terrible and I don’t see any response from the developer on here. Time to complain to apple and have them removed from the store since currently this is a scam. Show more

    RIP EM
    I guess Electronic Musician Magazine is toast. Their "update" to their iOS app shut me out of my subscription almost 2 months ago, and they've stopped answering my emails trying to resolve it. Their website has no coverage of NAMM. Meanwhile, I'm getting automated mail that reminds me my subscription is expiring in June. It was an inspiring magazine that kept my interest in electronic music fueled while I lived in places where no one else shared my passion. RIP EM. Show more

    They have taken away past issues
    I’ve paid for years of issues which should be available to me. There must have been an acquisition because the back issues are gone. They don’t even have a year of back issues now. This is a breach of contract as I have paid for those issues. If I knew they could disappear I would have stuck with the print edition. This is deeply wrong. Show more

    Broken app
    Future Music rolled out a new app that doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t recognize me as a subscriber so I have no access to either new issues or the years of older issues I’ve already paid for. And they decide to do this migration of data right before the holidays thus ensuring that no one will even read my email to support until the new year. It is an inauspicious beginning for the new owner of EM. Show more

    Incomplete Migration
    They rolled a new version of the app without having migrated all the previous issues. Stay away from this until they get this fixed!!!!

    404 page not found
    404 page not found when I try to access the issues I’ve paid for. Completely broken app. Avoid this magazine.
