Incomplete app

This app won’t let me download ring tones. Or goes to a blank page and nothing. To bad because I would have purchased quite a few.

This app won’t let me download or purchase any tunes. It says it’s iPhone friendly, but it gives me a blank page when I choose a ringtone to buy.
