    Not accessible to all services
This app only transfers between the following: Spotify, Apple, YouTube and YouTube Music

    Worked great at first but…
Used it for a month last Spring and was able to xfer playlists from Spotify to AM without issue. Used it again in the Fall and nothing transfers at all. Sent emails to their support, and they never responded. 1 star bc their product no longer works and they don’t seem to care either. Show more

    Dev doesn’t honor purchase
Like many others I purchased the app when it was a one time payment. After the app was changed to a subscription model I’ve been blocked from the app unless I pay more. Bad business, honor the purchase of those who helped establish your app! Show more

Apple -> YouTube Music doesn’t work
This app purports to do (nearly) what I was looking for. I’m switching from Apple Music to YouTube music and want to migrate my songs. Apparently there’s no way to transfer liked/loved songs, since all of these apps can only transfer playlists. But I figured that would save me a bit of legwork, and after moving in a playlist with all my liked songs, go down the list in YT Music and tap “Like.” Sadly, this app shows separate connections for YouTube and YouTube music — when in fact the app can’t seem to differentiate the two. Importing a playlist from Apple a music into YT Music adds the MUSIC VIDEO of each song into the playlist. Not the actually song. Many of which weren’t even the official video, but a lyric video or similar. The “YouTube Music” connection should import MUSIC. Not videos. And of course, there’s no trial, so you have to blindly pay for a full month only to be disappointed. Show more

Gets the job done BUT tedious and unsustainable
I recently used Houdini to transfer from Spotify to Apple Music and even sync a few old Google Play Music playlists that were still hiding in YouTube Music. It was a tedious, playlist-by-playlist effort but I was expecting the initial set up to be a pain, so didn’t think anything of it. Now that I’m set up for smooth sailing in Apple Music, I do have a use case for syncing playlists between Apple and Spotify and it’s now that the lack of batch transfer capability is frustrating. Additionally, I have a lot of playlists and they take a long time to load and they do not load in alphabetical order, so finding a particular playlist involves a lot of scrolling after opening and closing the app a time or two to get things to load. (I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting apps to fix the alpha order thing but no luck) I really wish this app could do 3 things to make it more functional as a long term solution for syncing libraries: 1. Initiate transfers/auto-syncs in batches 2. Search for a playlist name 3. Change display order of playlists (name, last edited, last synced, etc.) Show more

Hand is out for money on the first page
Can’t even see what services you support before you’re already asking for money.

    Abandoned
Same as other reviewers. Customer service does not exist. They will not support the app even if you have paid for it. I have waited months after reaching out multiple times. Do not waste your money. Not recommended. Try SoundIiz or any other option. Show more

Previous purchasers left with useless app
I purchased this app in 2018. Back then, it was a one-time purchase. Since then, they’ve switched to a subscription model (as most apps have). That’s all fine, but if apps do that, the respectable thing to do is to preserve the usefulness of the app for those who already paid. But instead, the restore purchases button does nothing and I’m stuck with an app that merely shows me a paywall. What a great waste of money! Additionally, I e-mailed their support about this a month ago - wanted to give a chance for them to make it right. But after a month, I still have not received a response, which just seems really unprofessional. Oh well - guess it’s back to manual playlist transfers ??‍♂️ Show more
