The KEF Connect app gives you complete control over your musical experience, embracing and enhancing your listening habits. The intuitive interface gives you the freedom to: - Easily onboard your KEF wireless speaker to your network - Access all the music in the world through services including Spotify, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Qobuz, Deezer, Internet Radio and Podcasts - Control playback, volume and input source selection - Optimise your listening experience through Speaker Sound Settings – adjust the output of the speaker to better suit the room and your personal taste - Customise settings such as sleep timer, auto-wake up source and child lock Note: KEF Connect is only compatible with KEF wireless speaker products using the W2 platform.     Can’t connect to speakers after iOS 16.2 update

    App won't open
    Tried restarting. Redownloading app wont open on a M1 mac. Works okay on ios though.

    App drops audio a lot
    Tech support is helping and I hope they fix this but selling wireless speakers without analog inputs assumes the kef app is stable. What is the point of hi fi audio if audio skips and drops while listening to songs? Bluetooth is more stable than using the native app but that is not why I purchased this (and switching inputs makes the app lose track of the speakers). This app needs an overhaul. Searching for songs is not fun either. The gui needs work. Show more

    Works well with LS50WII
    After hearing others having issues with their LS50W not working properly with Orbi wireless mesh, I was concerned that the LS50 Wireless II would have issues as well. I’m happy to report no issues with the app, the system working with Orbi, or firmware update issues. I think they’ve made a few positive updates to the app so it is pretty smooth. Show more

    Garbage app
    It’s obvious KEF knows the speaker biz, but no idea on how to develop a user friendly and properly functioning app. I have the LS50 Wireless II with KEF a subwoofer and I keep on loosing my Bluetooth connection and the WiFi is flaky. I’m using the iPhone 13 pro. Please find an experienced professional software development company that can figure it out for you (UI and code) Show more

    Much much better from the legacy KEF app
    Just upgraded from the legacy LS50 to the wireless II and the need to download this version. And I am surprisingly amazed by the user interface of this app compared to the other KEF app.. unfortunately this only works with the Wireless II speakers and the previous owners of LS50 will still need to continue with the other two KEF control apps.     My Music search
    Would you PLEASE enable search for just within My Music? It takes so much longer to find anything - an album I’ve favorited for example - when the app brings back all search results for Qobuz or for Tidal. But at least Qobuz is available as a source - compared to the KEF app for the original LS50 Wireless. Enabling dark mode for the app would be a nice touch, too. Anyway, make searches more usable and I’ll actually use the app. Thank you. Show more

    Can’t connect to speakers
    Will update review if support ever gets back to me. Crickets for weeks. Pretty unhappy, wish these speakers would work as intended.

    Poor HDMI stability
    The LS50wII have great sound, specially paired with a KC62. The app is usable, but the setup and config could be a lot better. Speakers work great for Tidal and AirPlay. HDMI is very unstable, will disconnect every 10 minutes, then have to reset. Also, if HDMI if control is enabled, speakers will turn on randomly. Show more
