    Terrible setup instructions
Whoever designed this system should be fired to make room for someone who actually knows what they are doing.

    Inconvenient
If this wasn’t priced and marketed as a Bluetooth/WiFi speaker, and instead all manual, it would be great. When synced to a TV, it lags too much to use. So I’ve connected via AUX. (why didn’t I just buy a normal speaker then?) While connected to AUX, I have to open this app every time I turn the TV on and change it from Wi-Fi to Aux and the volume from very low to normal. If I pause the TV for longer than 5 minutes, again I have to reset the app. The speaker is really lovely, but overall I wish I purchased something else instead. Otherwise, it works fine connected to my Google Home and Spotify for playing music. Show more

    Very disappointing
Very poor connectivity. Garbage software and firmware and no support from Marshall. Don’t waste your money on this speaker due to the terrible software it comes with.

    Buggy
Near impossible to connect to google home app. I often find myself having to reset the speaker by unplugging the device. Annoying.

    Google Home App Frustration
I bought the Acton and Stanmore multi-room speakers and I can connect to the speakers individually but cannot synch them up to play at the same time. The instructions are to first set this functionality up using the Google Home app, but it will not connect and setup the Acton speaker. It’s a really confusing process, but unless both speakers are setup through Google home, you won’t be able to use the Marshall app to use both speakers at once. Unbelievably annoying that they rely on Google Home. Show more

have to download a google app to make work
i love these speakers and just dropped over $2,000 on multiple speakers. was very excited until i tried to set up over wifi. marshall app directly links you to a google app to continue set up. how hard is it to make everything work directly through app. isn’t that the point of investing into this system??? DO NOT BUY Show more

    Seriously?!
No love for the first speakers?!

    Junk
Does not control the speaker volume or EQ settings. Sees the Woburn Multi-Room, but can not control it other than mute. Worthless.
