Our guided meditations include different types of content: trips, simple meditation tracks, breathing techniques, and more… Binaural Beats: According to science: "binaural-beat exposure is an effective way to affect cognition over and above reducing anxiety levels and the perception of pain without prior training" (Garcia-Argibay, Santed, Reales, PubMed). Binaural beats use different frequencies to make your brain and your autonomic nervous system react. Different types of binaural beats are available on our app: delta, theta, alpha, and beta. Delta waves help you to fall asleep and limit sensations of pain. Theta waves are associated with relaxation and deep sleep. Alpha waves are associated with concentration and problem solving.
