Metronome

imusic-group has brought its popular free Online Metronome to iOS!
This free metronome app was developed by our team of teachers as well as professional musicians we work with. Our hope is that it will be a useful tool for our students & musicians everywhere. User-friendly & simple to use, this is the ideal tool for practising your rhythm. It’s also a great way to practice playing in a group!
Our goal is to offer an elegant tool with enough features to accompany our lessons, studies & masterclasses in guitar, piano, drums & percussions, voice, violin, etc… You’ll enjoy how efficient this metronome is & how it closely resembles the most common electronic metronomes.
To help you navigate, there is a simple visual cue that’ll allow you to follow each measure on your screen, as well as an audible cue with an option to “stress the first beat”. You can also easily adjust the number of beats per measure as needed.
Need to adjust the tempo? It couldn’t be easier! Simply move the slider - that ranges from 20 to 260 BPM - to your desired tempo. You may also use the ‘+’ & ‘-’ buttons for more precision. To make things even easier, you can immediately find the tempo you’re looking for by tapping the rhythm on the “TAP tempo / tempo finder / TAP BPM” button.
The tempo speed is shown in BPM (Beats per Minute) & also shows you the corresponding Italian term (allegro, presto, moderato…), which can be useful if you need to figure out the tempo written on sheet music for example. You can also manage your practice session by setting a fixed time using the adjustable chronometer!
Want more variety? Change the time signature to work with different rhythms such as shuffle or tresillo! Just select whichever preset you need.
And the best part? This metronome is 100% free and without ads! Learning music takes time & concentration, so we don’t want to interrupt your work or play sessions with unnecessary ads or popups!
This metronome App offers:
• An adjustable tempo ranging from 20 to 260 BPM that you can set using the cursor, & the corresponding name (Adagio, Moderato, Allegro, Presto…)
• A TAP tempo / tempo finder / TAP BPM function
• Adjustable number of beats per measure with the option to stress the first beat.
• 5 rhythmic figures : quarter notes, eighth notes, sixteenth notes, tresillo, shuffle, swung notes.
Discover a feature-rich metronome that you’ll love using to learn or practice music! Our goal is to make the best possible metronome. We’re open to all suggestions or comments at contact@imusic-group.com
