    Works Perfectly!!!!
Just what I wanted; a simple player to play our demo recordings to learn them and practice. Thanks Developer!

I wanted a Freeware Strpped Down MP3 Player Capable of Playlists
In Music Player Lite I go it! Back in the PowerPC/Universal days, there was the freeware Audion and then later I adopted a freeware Audirvana. Once I started using a pure Intel machine, freeware Audion and freeware Audirvana no longer worked in a High Sierra World. I was desperate for an iTunes alternative. Music Player Lite also plays media files. Both players the Music player and the Media player open at the same time. The Movie player is the black window directly beneath the gray window for Music. Users have to choose which window will be the topmost window to get the player to activate. Users can drag and drop to build playlists or choose files from a folder to do so. It did take several clicks on the first file to get the Music player or Movie player to activate. Once that first playthrough of a file (MP3 or MP4/Mpeg) activates there was no lag. Users will have to remember after building a playlist and saving it to a folder to delete the old playlist from the Music Player field. The new playlist remains in the saved folder ready to be used again. In the Media Player field I prefer anything I throw onto the playlist field to remain there. By the way, the upgraded version of Music Play Lite is only $4.99 it seems. Coolness! I prefer to use a freeware first to make sure I am committed to investing in a paid version. Show more
