    Does not support my CSP170
Despite the demo video telling me I could use this app, I can’t get the app to communicate correctly with my CSP-170. Quite disappointed. I addition, Dropbox support is no longer useful, since they limit the number of devices that can connect to the Dropbox account unless you pay a premium, which I am unwilling to do just for my piano. App crashes with IOS14
I can no longer transfer midi files off my DTX502 drum module because the app crashes mid transfer. The app is fixed for iOS 13 but not iOS 14....can we get an update? Show more

    Crashes :-(
This app CRASHES every time the piano is recognized. I’m running iOS 13 on an iPad Air 2, and the piano is an Yamaha DXG 660. Both are supposed to be compatible with this app. Very disappointed :-( Show more

    Real disappointment
Looks like Yamaha doesn’t support this app anymore, or they don’t support the EW410, or they don’t support the iPad Pro, or they don’t support the iPhone 8. It must be one of these because it doesn’t work for me Yamaha has been very short sighted by not supporting the Mac platform and they’ve shown a rush to market by not implementing the ability to load midi directly from usb without the need for external software. I wish I hadn’t bought this keyboard. Show more

    Dtx 502
Says the newest update now supports the dtx502 module, yet it's not in the list when you select your instrument.

Doesn't work at all with Tyros 4
"Communication with the USB device has failed." is all the Tyros 4 keeps saying. Even after removing the WiFi doggle.

A good app if you know how to set it up
I initially gave the app one star since it didn't work for me. However, finally I understood its modus operandi. First of all, if the app doesn't seem to work for you and your instrument has two USB ports, try to insert your wifi adapter into a different USB port. That solved part of the problem for me: the app started to "see" files on the instrument. To find copied files in your Dropbox you'll need to locate the "Apps" folder. Inside the "Apps" folder you'll see a folder named "MusicSoftManager" - that's the one you need. Show more
