    Who needs a separate DAP with cassette UI?
    Every once in a while, I longingly look at Sony's NW-A100 40th Anniversary Walkman, which has a very cool feature: a few seconds after you play a song, it goes into an animated "screensaver" that shows a Type I/II/IV Sony cassette depending on the quality of the audio file it's playing. But do I really want to play hundreds of dollars just for that--especially when the Android system that device is based on goes to a lock screen anyway after a minute or so? Since I'm on iOS, I wanted a quality alternative to that, and this app is it. The near photorealistic renderings of the cassettes are a joy to watch, especially if you're an '80s kid who spent thousands of hours listening to music on cassettes. Seeing my local music (an Apple limitation, not the developer's) play on the cassette, along with the song name "written" on the cassette itself, just add more to the realism. I even considered making a custom clear flip cover for my phone so I could carry it while the app was playing! (I still might!) My only request is for more cassette designs and Types, like CrO2 and Metal... And perhaps sold in packs so they could be bought by preferred (knockoff) brand or Type.     Excellent .. except
    This app and the rest of your apps is simply amazing. Instead of doing regular old lazy graphics these apps utilise beautiful and realistic high tech interfaces for all their graphics. One huge minus is that it only plays iTunes. Seriously guys how hard is it to make a player that plays music from a regular download folder? Never mind the fact that there isn’t a specially assigned music folder because all the money hungry apps like iTunes and apple capitalising on artists. Show more

    Excellent Cassette for Nostalgia
    For those seeking a fun and extremely well executed app for nostalgia’s sake, this is the app. The app replicates a cassette tape player on your iPhone / iPod Touch and does it well. I wholeheartedly recommend this app. If you to interact with your music in a novel way, download and press play! Show more
