    just works
    never had trouble with it since i installed it. it scrobbles apple music with no difficulties. highly recommend if you're looking for a simiple install and ignore scrobbler!

    why was I charged $14.99 for the 'free trial'?
    I opted to try the free trial of the pro right after I installed the app and I was subsequently hit with a $14.99 charge? I unsubscribed and uninstalled the app because I couldnt get it to even display the UI. Tried quitting both Neptunes and Spotify and restarting but the only UI I could get to show was the settings from the status nav bar. Not sure what went wrong but I shouldn't have been charged for a free trial. Especially after pro was advertised at $1.99/year after the free trial. I just wanted a mini player for spotify. Show more

    Has worked for years! LOVE
    This app has worked so well for so long I gave in and upgraded to PRO as thanks. I miss all of the cool apps of yester year that did these things but they've all gone away. THANKS, NEPTUNES! Show more

    Great App, But...
    This has been a great app that's been developed in order to capture scrobbles for Mac users. The only issue is that it hasn't been capturing back to back scrobbles. I was obsessed with a song and was listening to it like 3 hours straight and it only counted one scrobble. :| I just hope this gets changed or updated in the future to an otherwise great app. : Show more

    Great for scrobbling
    So far this has worked great when listening to music. My only complaint is that recently, when switching songs, it lags behind when looking at the now playing track in the recent section before it gets scrobbled. Whenever I change the song to the next track, it shows the previous track. Edit: It started happening recently. I think it was within the last updates; not sure which one. According to my update screen, I last updated the app on August 6th. Show more

    Mostly here for the keyboard shortcut
    I use a WASD VP3 and the media control layer is all the way over under the left hand with Fn Q whcih requires both hands to trigger. This app allows me to make it my preferred handy shortcut Fn F12 which fits all under the right hand in an act I can execute more quickly. It only controls Music players, so it doesn't move the media controls to YouTube if I'm using that site. That's why I love this app. Show more

    Works
    Seems to work great, replacing Melo with this, but I do wish the menubar icon was vertically centered. Update: stopped scrobbling somehow for an entire month despite being open and logged in. Logging out and back in fixed it, but I don’t think I’ll ever get that month back. One nice thing about Melo was that it would retroactively scrobble tracks. Also, not sure if this scrobbles from my iPhone UPDATE: been using this for years and haven't had to think about it again, great app! Show more

    Does What It Says, Does It Well
    It's powerful without being complicated. Love the simplicity for Last.fm sync and integration. But the additional features take this from good to great. The ability to quickly see similar artists is a really nice touch, and I like the way you can keep the album artwork in the dock. Show more
