    Nice when it works
The app is great when it works. I paid to use it, not much, but I would still expect it to work and not fail.

Yes, actually costs $.99 but works well
This is lightweight, pulled in all my pandora stations, and saves me from running the bloated web-version of pandora... Will update this review if I have any issues with it down the road. For the people who "couldn't retrieve password" - this program is just a portal into your existing pandora account. You would reset your password with pandora, not through this app. For the people for whom it "wouldn't open" - yeah, not helpful. Your OS version? Any other useful information?? This works fine on Catalina 10.15.6. Yes, they should just list this as costing $.99, or at least put it in the description... However, that being said, it works great and totally worth the $.99. Works fine
I don't know why the other reviewers are having such trouble. Might be an incompatibilty. I'm on a 2013 MacBook Pro running Mac OS 10.14.6. It runs stable for me.

Why you don't get anything free anymore:
Back in the 1980's, early Apple computer geniuses were learning how to write programs ("applications"), and they would spend--I don't know how many hours--writing and publishing them FOR FREE. Mac users got pretty spoiled, I think: certainly too often they didn't so much as thank the Danny Xus of the day, and as now know, they began their endless whining. So the geniuses got tired. And they started incorporating, packaging and charging. All that is wrong with PanTunes is in the PACKAGING. First of all, it should be named something along the lines of "Modern Pandora Player." Next, the Preview photograph should not be a screenshot of a cluttered desktop that makes no sense and suggests that the application is some sort of audiobook. Then, the descriptive text should be more direct: "Pandora, although now owned by the inept and tone-deaf Sirius XM, is arguaby one of the best and least expensive music services ever designed. Invaluable in automobiles ever since the advent of iPhones and Bluetooth connectibility, your PANDORA SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE can now be enjoyed on Bluetooth-capable home and perhaps work computers as well, by installing this very simple application on your computer and using your Pandora username and password to make a Bluetooth connection with your smartphone." IMHO this application would then earn five stars. I have the $4.99/month subscription myself as I really, really don't want to hear commercials; with the charge painlessly deducted by the Apple Store from a credit card. This arrangement has worked seamlessly for over a year in my automobile: only now, when we are trapped in our homes, did I search for a player for my home computer. YOUR REVIEWS WERE REALLY NO HELP IN FINDING PANTUNES, BY THE WAY. So thank you from ME, Mr. Xu, and I wish you the best of success in the future! Show more

In-app purchase is required for any amount function
In app purchase. Really there’s nothing to use unless you make this in app purchase…not that .99cents is too much but the misleading messaging is enough (for me anyway) to imediatly uninstall. Show more
