This would be a great app if there were no other music apps to compare it to.
I mean… There's a reason why you don't see a whole lot of reviews for this online. The fact that any actual usable musical sounds are 1. $4 a piece (i've spent less on "top shelf" combo organ, tonewheel organ, mellowtron and string synth apps that I use ALL OF THE TIME) 2. not midi controllable just says everything you need to know if you're planning on actually using these sounds. All in a all I'm pretty disappointed. Show more

    Lies
Makes you think it has them all but it doesn't waste of time

    Okay, but some distortion
The keys need to be touch sensitive, as the initial volume is too loud, as if the samples were recorded at too high a level. Right off the bat, I notice the saturation causes my speakers to distort on my studio setup. You also need to include a menu for using different types of mallets in order to make it a more realistic experience. Also, I think the in-app purchases are a bit expensive at almost $4 a shot. This could run into quite an outlay of funds by the time you purchase all the instruments. The main reason for only 3 stars, though, is the distortion of the samples, especially when playing more than one key at a time. I like the concept of this app, it just needs more development.
