Pro-Ject Play gives you access to streaming content (Tidal, Spotify), internet radio as well as directly connected USB storage and Network Attached Storages. With Pro-Ject Play you can control your Stream Box S2 Ultra with your phone or tablet. You’re able to switch between the inputs directly from your phone for enhanced comfort. You can also customize your screen with different backgrounds. Additional features will be coming via Over The Air updates.

    Works well after setup
    You do have to get your Pro-ject streaming device set up correctly on the same WiFi network as your phone for this app to work. Once that was done, this app works well. I've found that any issues are due to my WiFi network not responding or the streamer not connecting. This isn't a particularly fancy looking app but I've found that it does everything I need for listening to local files or streamed music via Qobuz. Show more

    Good once set up
    Set up is difficult. Poor instructions. No success setting up via wifi, so connected to Ethernet for set up. Once that was completed, wifi works fine. Early versions of the app weren’t completely stable, and couldn’t cope with very large TIDAL playlists. With the most recent update (late 2020 I think) these problems were solved and the app works quite well. Show more

    App keeps shuffling
    I can’t play an entire song in Tidal or Qobuz! It only lasts 30 seconds then switches! How is it possible

    Cannot find Bluetooth
    Cannot find WiFi but connected via Bluetooth. App does not work with Bluetooth. Only manual keeps appearing telling me how to connect. Ridiculous.
