With current social media events, everyone hears everyone else at full volume, making it extremely difficult to hold multiple conversations simultaneously in the same room. To remedy this situation, the PurplePearCafe app utilizes its patent-pending ‘Pear2Pear’ technology, to individually taper the speaking volume you hear from each dining patron, in proportion to their seating distance from you in the dining room. For example, if you and a dining companion are conversing at one table, and another such conversation is ongoing simultaneously at a nearby table, you will hear that nearby conversation at a reduced volume, so it will not in any way interfere with the full-volume conversation at your own table. NO OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING APP PROVIDES THIS ENHANCED CAPABILITY !!! In fact, with our ‘PearToPear’ technology, any number of conversations can be ongoing simultaneously in the same room, JUST LIKE IN A REAL RESTAURANT DINING ROOM !!! To begin your enhanced social networking experience, utilize the PurplePearCafe app to join a ‘Beatles’ or ‘Disco’ fan event (other music genres to be forthcoming), where all event attendees can listen to the selected music genre in jukebox fashion. Since such events may include music fans from around the world, a bit of caution is advised when granting permission for unknown event attendees to speak to you or sit with you. Once an event is ongoing, any attendee can initiate a ‘direct talk’ conversation with another attendee, where each attendee can optionally snap and broadcast a selfie to the other, at any time and as often as needed. Similarly, other conversation modes include: ‘private talk’ between two attendees; ‘table talk’ between 2 - 16 attendees, and ‘event talk’ (requires a Mac) from the event coordinator to all event attendees. To further enhance your social networking experience, our proprietary ’SharePear’ technology synchronizes music and video to all event attendees, while our congenial Maître D, Host, and Server staff vocally guide you through the event. In future app versions, event coordinators, such as bands and DJs, will be able to charge admission to their events, and if they supply their own music tracks, they will also be able to charge for song requests, and accept tips from appreciative fans.
