    High Fidelity
I had used foobar2000 for a long time until I switched to Mac. I was not satisfied with Audirvana and Roon, each of which had a ceiling for sound fidelity. A week ago I accidentally encountered QXPlayer and was stunned by what I heard. A new level of clarity, dynamics and articulation. The ceiling on my Mac was broken. Thank you, Sergei. Show more

Just what I wanted - almost!
Thanks so much for a robust folder-based music player. Looks good, works good, sounds great! I like most of all that it leaves my files where they are and lets me play from the folder I choose. Feature requests: - Search and filter. From the root folder, it would be great to be able to use search to find the folder or file I want by name, and filter the results by file attributes. - Custom playlists - I want to be able to build custom playlists of files from various locations. If I later move the files, help me locate them again. (Exporting those files together would be a bonus) Thanks for considering it! Show more

    Love the flexibility
I have stored all my CDs on my hard drive in FLAC format, organized as I desired in the file system. This applicaton allows me to view and select my music from those file system folders to play. This application also allows me to play my music via the internal Mac speakers or an external DAC that is attached to my Mac. Show more
