Perfect!

This is perfect. Apple has, for some reason, made it maddeningly difficult to rate songs, and this little util completely fixes that

Works partly

Starts reflect the rating in iTunes but increasing/decreasing the start does not work. (iTunes Version 12.9.5.5) thanks for the effort so far
