    Has gotten better, but still lacking
    Better lately. Roon Ready is finally here. AirPlay does not work which is a PITA when trying to set up AirPlay groups within Roon. Edit: Ever since upgrading to most recent version, app crashes immediately upon trying to connect to Zen Stream, rendering both the device and the app useless. Both of my Zen Streams are now bricks.     Ifi Zen Stream
    I have it powered with an expensive linear power supply (costs more than the Zen Stream however) and it sounds extremely good, unfortunately the Wi-Fi connection is extremely temperamental and unstable (I have my Ethernet hard wired through a high end Ethernet switch…….. I haven’t given up yet, as it sounds great Show more

    Garbage for Qobuz
    You can’t stream in full native resolution despite the fact that everything about the item description says that it’s compatible. But it doesn’t tell you that it forces you to run everything through AirPlay and not your network. You’re not getting the full benefits of having a Qobuz subscription when you’re forced to stream this way. What a waste. Show more

    This app can't connect to the device.
    This app really is nonfunctional and can't connect to the device. Is the manufacturer monitoring these comments? Still an active link on their website pointing to it.

    Simply doesn’t work - just like the device it’s for.
    This app, and the streamer, are a hot mess of beta garbage unfortunately. NAA is super choppy, Spotify doesn’t even register on the network, and this app is of no help. It’s as though ifi decided not to test any part of this before selling it, then proceed to take away the better power supply and MQA unfolding, but wait until after the reviewers had their time to talk about the unit. I’m literally two seconds from tossing it back in it’s box and returning it. I’m not sure I’ve ever been this frustrated with a device, or a company. Show more

    Doesn’t work with v2.29.9 Zen Stream update.
    Can no longer get into the settings through the app after the update. A loading bar appears up top and never finishes loading. No settings ever appear. The Zen Stream sounds great when it’s working but in general the software is super glitchy on both the streamer and the iOS app. Hoping future updates will sort this out but right now it’s a frustrating experience.
