    Issues with app
    We use this app regularly with our 5 year old through OT. It’s frustrating that you can’t drag the bar to start the music over when I start it too soon. I also have issues every time I close the app….the things I’ve purchased disappear and won’t restore. Please fix this glitch so I can use this app more effectively. Show more

    Great app- a few tweaks would make it 5 stars
    The OT therapist used this app with my son whois diagnosed with ADHD, high-functioning autism with sensory processing disorder. He combines it with other therapies and it's definitely helping. Customer service was prompt. My only recommendation is that there is an ability to preview a portion of it as I try to figure out which are both in alignment with his needs and may be pleasurable to him. I also wish the description of the downloads were consistent with the level of description. Some are very descriptive and helpful when deciding others are light on words. Show more

    Not what we hoped for
    The app is difficult to navigate. The prices for the product are excessively high >$1.00 per minute of music. The rates are also not published until you choose one to consider. There are also no previews so hopefully it is what your recommending provider wanted to you use. Show more

    Makes me reload it constantly.
    I have bought the music but it’s never there unless I’m online. Well, not everybody has great coverage! It should be able to be on my iPad or phone as I need it. Is it for therapy? Or is this a joke. Show more

    Pay and pay and pay
    I can’t set up an account to listen to my music, I have to buy it for every single device!!! Great music but really expensive if you need it on multiple devices! Show more

    Have to buy on each phone!!!!
    I hate that I can’t sign in an account to let my son listen to music while with others! I’ve had to buy music multiple times and that is such a dirtbag way to make money from families that need so many resources to help their kids! Show more

    App Purchase
    Within the TL App. I tried to use the 9.99 Rental but it said “Cannot connect to ITunes Store. Out of curiosity I tried the 34.99 Buy option and it connected right away. When you display two options and give the consumer ONLY one option, that’s a problem. My girlfriend has been struggling with this app (Multiple Issues - Google compatibility, etc.) and the techs have been blaming the compatibility with all phones and it’s app. I decided to try it on my new IPhone. Download was fine. Navigating through the app seems to be ok. Went to the Store. It seems to me that there is a problem with the linkage between the Rental button in your app and the ITunes Store. This needs a fix. As a programmer this is your problem not ITunes Store. I am trying to help with constructive criticism. Looking on the Apple Store, bug and rental fixes seems to be an issue. Hopefully this gets fix and you get positive reviews. I wish you the best and will continue to give constructive criticism. Show more

    Love the company but...
    It seems like every time a new phone update comes out or I get a new phone it won't redownload my music. It will try, but it just keeps starting over no matter what connection I have. It makes me sad because my favorite disc is a download instead of a chip. They did get it fixed last time so hopefully they will get this one. Show more
