    Not a terrible app but it doesn’t always ID the chord and there is no audio of the chord which would be helpful

    My brain can not name some of the weird chords I create or hear in some covers we do. This tool is excellent for that or just keeping the basics in your head. I use it a lot. Show more

    Chord Names are Wrong
    This can only name basic chords that anyone beyond a beginner would already know. Anything else it cannot name correctly. It can’t even name major and minor triads. I guess it’s fine for beginners, but for more complicated chords, like what you would actually need a chord naming tool for, it spits out some nonsense or nothing at all. Show more

    Great App!!!
    A lot of times I’m guessing what chord I am playing. I thought the other day of making an app called chord calculator and lo and behold here it is, done exactly as I imagined, thanks a lot to the creators, an invaluable tool. No excuse for not learning chords anymore. Simple and easy to find out whatever is you are playing. Show more
