    Freezing and skips songs
    My music freezes it is delayed when I touch the screen. I don’t have this issue on iTunes? Also even after I download songs from apple music it has skipped those songs. Sometimes it works and then it doesn’t ? I love this app but..... Show more

    App Fails all the time
    I have been using this app for a while and it is constantly failing to play videos. I can’t even get through a workout!! It’s so frustrating!

    Frozen App
    This app keeps freezing on me and saying songs aren’t there when they are on my brand new IPod Touch. It freezes multiple times a day and logs me out all the time. When I type in my information to log in, it will say my password is incorrect when it’s not and then all of a sudden will work later on. Update 8.23.22: Developer has contacted me about how it’s optimal on phone to use. I use the brand new iPod touch so I can use my phone to record clips of my class. You can’t do that if you are using your phone to play music for class, hence the use of the iPod touch. Could we try to make it work for the iPod touch? Show more

    Update downer
    Can no longer use this app even though it says iOS 12.0. I use my old iPad, which is at 12.5.5, and the app no longer works. Before I would’ve given it a 5 star rating. But it just dropped to a big fat ZERO! So disappointed as I was using it for all my Gold and Aqua classes. I can’t use my iPhone due to risk of damage around the pool. Show more

    No longer works
    As of last week it doesn’t work, even with the update. The 1.9.1 version does not work on my iPhone 5. Fix please!!!

    Songs getting soft
    While teaching lately some of the songs on my playlist are getting really soft where we can’t hear them then they come back on. My phone is set on silent and no calls are set to come through so that’s not what’s wrong. I’m not sure why this is happening. Show more
