This app is within my top five most frequently used apps on my phone. I listen to music with it every day, multiple times a day, and it has been AMAZING. Until now. Just yesterday, I put my headphones in, got on my phone, went on the SoundLoop app, opened the playlists menu, and found all my playlist thumbnails out of order. I thought ‘Oh, well that’s weird. Must be a minor glitch.’ and tried to play a song from one of my playlists. Instead it played a (probably) completely random song from either my history or another playlist. I then thought ‘Ok, that’s both annoying and a problem.’ And then the app suddenly just crashed. Now, any time I try to do anything related to playlists, the app immediately crashes, no matter if it’s just clicking on the playlist menu, or trying to add a song to one of my playlists. If you’re an average person reading this, check the app version. If it says 2.3.7, the glitch hasn’t been fixed yet. If it says anything later than that, it might have been fixed. If you’re one of the app developers reading this, please fix this fast! Update: Playlist button still crashes the app in 2.3.8. Please fix! Update: Eventually I deleted the app and redownloaded it, and it immediately fixed the issue. Had no issues for a very long time, but now for some reason it won’t play the music after I go out of the app. Still love this thing, and I’m gonna stick with it through thick and thin! Show more

Ever since the last update, the app hasn’t worked in the background. It’s hard to use with headphones in my pocket if you can’t shut the screen off.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I have loved it. But as of a couple of days ago the app won’t play my music/video when I move off the app or lock my screen. I have tried everything I can to try and correct the issue, and I haven’t been able to fix it. It would be great if The issue was resolved since I like to read and listen to music at the same time among other things. I would gladly amend my rating of the app if the problem was fixed. Normally when I use this app, I expect the music to be able to run in the background while I do other stuff on my phone. However, since 10/26/2020 this is not working. I play a song and get out of the app. What’s supposed to happen is that when I do this, the song I’m listening to continues playing again after a couple seconds. But since the date specified above, nothing happens. The music just stops until I get back in the app. Can you please fix this? I see no logical reason for a great feature like that to be removed. This app has been broken for months. First it a lot crashes and tells me it can’t search and now when I switch apps, it won’t play in the background anymore. Show more

After the recent update the music won’t play in the background anymore. Used to work just fine even with the phone screen off. Please fix this!

It used to work so that you could lock the screen and still be able to listen to the music. It doesnt do that anymore. So it's trash.

The whole point of me using this app was that I could listen to songs while this app played in the background. It’s extremely frustrating that this app no longer does that. I have no use for this app anymore. Show more

The new update doesn’t allow it to play in the background when you leave the app or lock your phone. That’s literally the whole point for this app

Used to use it all the time, but now all of a sudden, whenever I try loading a video I just end up with a “Click here to watch this video on YouTube” message. Four or five stars when it’s working, one star for now since it’s literally useless. Show more

The video is super laggy and will not loop, even with the button activated.

Fantastic way to listen to music or audio based videos while on the go...when it works. Concerning v2.4.6, the app crashes or fails to search constantly. I’ve had minor success with a couple of workarounds: 1) Reset phone internet access by turning it all off and back on through settings, or turning on airplane mode for 10ish seconds then turning it off. Limited success. 2) Go into Settings>SoundLoop>Siri&Search then disable Learn from this App. Dunno if it’s been a fluke, but I have had back to back successful searches for three days now. It will still crash and fail half the time, but I get two or three successful searches and plays on videos before it starts crashing again. I do listen to the videos that actually work without crashes once they start playing. Show more

Out of my, 32 something searches. So far, I have had it work, ONCE.

I LOVE this app. Been using it for years, especially for night when I need music/sound to fall asleep and have something specific in mind. Also great for when you find a song and you can’t get enough of it. However something that happens more and more frequently is “not able to search... Try again later”. Sometimes uninstalling it then REINSTALLING it works. However you lose your history so when it doesn’t work you lose everything and can’t click on any video because nothing is there and it’s extremely frustrating. Outside of that one glitch this app is amazing and you can listen outside of the app and even with the screen shut off. If they’d fix that one issue I’d definitely be giving this app five stars instead of three. Show more

This app is useless right now, when I search for a song it immediately crashes and if it doesn’t crash it just give me an error, don’t download waste of time Show more

This used to be such a great app. I used to use this all the time when driving but it has recently been getting worse through its updates. Before it just crashes when I try to search but that was easily fixed by reopening the app and searching again. After this update (Version 2.4.6) I cannot even search anymore. It will just give “Cannot Search...Please Try Again Later”. There is never a later as it will never work. I hope this bug gets fixed since I really love this app. Show more

Keep getting the error “sorry cannot search...please try again later”. Yeah no thanks I’ll just uninstall
