I hopw i can get a refund! big mistake and waste of money

No where in the description of the app does it say that you have to pay for a subscription in order to use their app, and the first time I opened up the app it didn't offer me a subscription service either. Now I had read through some of the reviews and knew that they had a subscription service but I assumed it would be for more advanced features, which I don't need at this time. I was very wrong, you can't save the file that you have worked on in a useable format, it will only save in their specific file type. There is also not an easy conversion method for this, at least none that I have seen. So even if all you are doing is stringing two files together and a small amount of trimming, you will need to subscribe for $14.99. Thankfully I didn't put too much time into my project, but there's no point in having any kind of 'trial' version, if I can't see if it will work for me needs. Don't waste your time with this one. I worked all afternoon on a mashup mix for my wedding. After getting it the way I wanted it (not too many issues with how it allows you to edit), it wouldn’t export as an mp3 for me, or for any ‘usable’ format. After trying all my options to get it to export, I tried the “clean” option—ended up deleting everything I worked on all day, and it wouldn’t let me bring it back. Even after trying to open my older saved versions. Complete waste of time and money… and I even bought the full version. Show more

Wasted my time.The only free thing is the installation.Installed Audacity instead which is really free.

This App was very intuative and easy to use. Re did my pod cast in zip zip time. However, file could only be saved to one format. No export feature. Maybe if you bought the full version for $29 it may work. Show more

Absolutely not. There are much better audio editors out there that do way more for far less. I would pass this one by...

The only thing this app is missing is a virutal mixer!!! Please create one and I will buy it!!!

Hi here my review Hii am student and i've tested Easy Audio Mixer for Mac) at a friend's Macbook. Of all the apps, utilities, and programs I have ever used, this one takes the cake for highest level of perfection. Somebody has totally obsessed over this, getting everything right, down to the smallest detail, as if the fate of the universe depended upon it. If you are at all tech-oriented, you are going to be impressed with the level of detail and sheer amount information they have managed to pack into Easy Audio Mixer. It's of course far more information than you are likely to need, perfectionism is not a game for the practical. This app was extremely easy to use. I dragged the songs from the Finder into the app. I slided each song into the right position and then exported as one MP3 file. Works perfectly. I didn’t need this App to do anything more complex. Easy Audio Mixer is simple to use, and does what is expected. Files download as MP3’s and one is able to choose the quality and size of the download!!! I am putting together a slideshow using Photos. There’s no way to get rid of the silence in between songs which creates an awkward moment. So I needed an app to patch together 3 songs and effectively create a cross fade. This app was extremely easy to use. I dragged the songs from the Finder into the app. I slided each song into the right position and then exported as one MP3 file. Works perfectly. I didn’t need this App to do anything more complex. I admit I was skeptical due to the previous comments and ratings. However, I needed something inexpensive and simple to use. I was able to drag music from my desktop to the app, I could crop the music, fade in or out, and mix a song for my classroom’s christmas performance. It is simple to use, and does what is expected. Files download as MP3’s and one is able to choose the quality and size of the download!!! GREAT APP!!! Show more

Not very good. Upon doing my first project, then exporting the media file, every audio track I ever imported or dragged to the timeline plays all at once. Upon importing audio files, audio files do not import to make additional tracks. Audio files cannot immediately drag into the timeline. Sometimes the opporation has to be done twice. A waiste of 5 dollars I think. Show more

This app does not allow playbacks, and has only minimal functions. I am not really technical,so I have just basic knowledge, but this app does not even do the basics. Dont waste you money or time. Show more

This app does NOT allow you to “undo” any changes you’ve made. This, of course, is rediculous given the fact tthat audio editing often requires “unding” and “redoing” changes made. This app does NOT fully support any audio files except MP3. You can import many file formats, but you can only output to MP3 at 48,000 Sample Rate, Stereo, at a variable bit rate around 160 kb/s. I’m surprised that this developer has not take the time to provide a few additional features that would make this app worth the 4.99 prices tag. There IS a market for a simple, basic, audio workstation like this, but it MUST allow for basic functions like “undo,” and “redo,” and the ability to export in at least lossless formats like .wav. Until this functionality is added I would suggest aviding this software in favor of free software such as Audacity. Show more

No filters, no effects, no VU meeter. You can raise the volume of a clip up to 2x and that’s it. No preferences menu becaues you can’t do anything... This program does just what you see in the picure and nothing more. Should be a .99 app at most. Show more
