This app is a lifesaver for a musician in a small town!

For anyone who wants to let it out.

After the latest update, I don't seem to be able to listen to my recordings after I record them but before I submit them.

Have an idea and can’t quite wrap your finger around it? Or do you always forget different parts of songs you just wrote because of a lack of organization? As a musician, that’s what I do. Ok glad SoundStorming has made it easy for me to store my ideas, whether I want them public or private, in a creative space that helps me be organized. I can always ask for help from fellow musicians which is great too! I have loved digging into other artists music, and have been able to connect and collaborate with them. I feel, outside of this great idea, protection wise on behalf of all creatives, there should be some form of split agreement section that the original publisher can mark up for added creatives. This is truthfully the most amazing app and community of talent I ever found. This is a Diamond in the rough that allows artists and musicians a way to connect , collaborate and showcase raw unedited talent to a wide spectrum of likeminded artists and producers! I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this app is, if you haven’t already you should download it while it’s still free. I can definitely see this app taking over, no other app allows artist to collaborate in this manner so easily and this is still no where near where it will be. Not to mention this app connects you with life Changing contest and amazing decorated industry producers with enormous potential to create and give feedback and guidance to artists like me who are coming from nothing. This app is a miracle and I can’t wait to see how large it grows, it’s a must have for any independent artist with a cellphone and a great idea. Trust me , don’t pass this one up ! Must have!! I tried to create and account via email, but it says “There no user record corresponding to this identifier, user may have been deleted.” Then I tried signing up with Facebook and it says “the password is invalid or the user doesn’t have a password.” Is there even a way to sign up on this app?? I love this app, it’s simplicity makes it easy to understand and operate without losing the value of what it can do for musicians with raw talent who are looking for collaboration and exposure. While the app is mainly geared towards musicians, meaning your audience won’t be the same as on Instagram obviously, I’ve found that the biggest supporters of artists are other artists. Show more

This app is awesome. I first downloaded Soundstorming because it lets me record my random melodies or chord progressions easier and more organized than voice memos. Also the fact that I can loop sounds and record layers! (So can do chord progressions and solos over them, etc). And I really like the social feature where I can post my songs and people on the app can ‘collaborate’ with me and add in vocals, drums, piano, whatever really. My husband plays drums and I sing. So we often find ourselves sending our melodies via text. It's a mess, to say the least. We lost track of a lot of things and it's hard to get feedback this way. I've been using the app for a day now, and I love it. There's room for improvement, as sometimes it goes slow, but it really help us to bounce ideas and collaborate when we are not together.
