With update 1.9 my headset has completely lost any form of customization. Once I connect my headset to the app the headset just shuts itself off? Which isn’t THAT big of an issue, they function just fine without it, but that means I lose the ability to shut the lights off when I’m using them in a situation that would require them to be off. Sound quality isn't all that and the upgrade option tales forever.

I ordered headphones a month ago and still have not received them. I received an email about a week and a half ago saying that they were shipped but the tracking number pulls up as null. I tried to check the order through the app, as there is a feature for that… however, after opening the app and attempting to access the “order” menu, the app pulled up a completely blank screen with no sign of it ever loading. Wth? Please fix this. Those headphones were expensive. Show more

Also customer care won’t respond and the emails are getting bounced. What should with this issue? The heck

I really love my new headset. It does just what I brought them for. To work from home and be able to look cute doing it! Lol sound quality is really good, but the talk quality on call is on point! Crystal clear. Show more

The headphones are amazing and the app has so much potential! For some reason it won’t let me log in to my account which prevents me from accessing some of the features on the headphones. A bit disappointing but the product is great. I feel like I’m missing out on the extra features though. Show more

I absolutely love my headset. It fits well, sounds great, and the lights are awesome. I can’t seem to register on the app though which seems to prevent me from having access to all the color combos and flash patterns. I got the 3g and it’s advertised to have endless color options / be able to adjust the brightness and this app doesn’t allow it and there’s no way to adjust on my PC either... Show more

I wish the app had the voice changing ability you can download on a computer driver, because i only have a chromebook. other than that i love it along with the headphones. Show more
