I downloaded this as a joke, I had been playing French horn for three years. This is actually turned out to be a really outstanding app. Would highly recommend

As someone picking up the horn again after 20 years, Tonestro has been great at helping me regain my pitch and rhythm. The challenges are a good way to gauge my progress, and I’m looking forward to future updates. My one complaint is that the app doesn’t work in landscape mode on the iPad unless I’m in an actual song. I have to turn my iPad to portrait mode whenever I’m navigating to the next song in my challenge. Show more

I love the way it sees my intonation issues and rhythm mistakes but the app constantly hangs after I finish performing or practicing. Sometimes it says no internet connectivity but my internet is fine. Need to fix this bug to make it useable. Show more
