The Company is great, product availability, prices, service in unmatched. This app is a complete disgrace. Find a new developer. This app frustrates me so much.

1. I have bough 2 products from this company and 1st was a guitar and 2nd was a guitar pedal (which isn’t here yet) the guitar came in perfect condition and their service was so incredible. They gave us all the updates and informed us on everything and it wasn’t a robot. A few months later I got a text checking in on me and how I like my guitar. 2. I just bought a guitar wah pedal from sweetwater today and I already know it was a great purchase. I spend 95% of my day looking for a vox wah pedal and all the places I looked didn’t have any, or weren’t in my price range. I checked sweetwater to see if they had it, and it was on sale and all the reviews were good. I love sweetwater so much, I highly recommend! Show more

Don’t know if it’s an iOS issue or the app but lately it doesn’t want to allow searches by typing into the search box; you have to go into what you’re looking for as a general search and then jump from there. This app hasn’t been updated for a while which is why I’m thinking it’s an iOS interface issue. Show more

I have ZERO idea why they can't get their app dev to fix the login issues and blank screen loads that have plagued this app for over a year now. I've sent numerous emails to people about the issues, including screenshots and video grabs but they just seem unwilling to invest time or effort needed to remediate the weird 2009 era problems their app has. It's just pitifully in this day and age, especially considering that it used to work perfectly fine awhile ago. Use a web browser instead and avoid the space this consumes on your device. Show more

App is just a website mirror. Very unpredictable and slow sometimes. My biggest gripe is most of the time you can’t log in to your account. This is unacceptable! Especially in the world of COVID with shortages and back orders. You can’t check your orders look at account info because it just errors out. They are a wonderful company and blow Guitar Center/Musicians Friend(same company), and Music 123 out of the water with prices and customer service. It doesn’t matter if you order a $30 item of a $3,000 item. They will call to make sure everything is ok. They will even give you pointers and guide you through setting things up. Great company for sure. But the app needs a major revamp for sure. So glitchy! I can’t even get the “my account” page to load at all anymore. I have restarted the app and downloaded the last update. It will never load. I just get the “forbidden” error. I have to use the browser to get to my account. It’s really unfortunate because I want to use the app. Show more

… I had to write another review. It makes one log in EVERY SINGLE time you want to view your account. Apparently it’s not set up for fingerprint or facial recognition. Incredibly frustrating. Otherwise my experience with Sweetwater is 5 star Show more

Why have this app if it doesn’t work? We’re talking about a billion dollar company that has a header on the opening page of this app that tells you you won’t be able to access your account! I thought the purpose of an app was to streamline things. Not this one! Show more
