I really enjoy using the app but the annual fee is just way too expensive to continue. If you unsubscribe and then resubscribe you get a message about a discount but your discount is never applied. I asked support about this but never got an answer so I just unsubscribed again before I was charged full subscription amount. They really need to lower the price of this app. If they do that I will consider resubscribing but at the current rate it is just too expensive for what you get. ** contacted customer support and I was asked to do and they don’t respond. Logging into the website provides more features than the iOS app. You cannot create custom set lists on the app while you can in the web. Every time you finish a song and go back to your favorites, you have to scroll forever to the bottom of the list if you have lots of favorites. It does not keep your place. Don’t bother with the app unless they fix these issues. Show more

I signed up for a trial membership and wanted to cancel. You can’t cancel until the subscription renews which means you pay for something you didn’t want. I contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing I could do. Show more

I love this app . I’m an intermediate player and being able to jam in any key is amazing! I spend hours with this app.

I’ve been using Chordify for quite a few years now. It’s an excellent program and friendly for beginner musicians. However recently i’ve noticed some changes to their website and app that constantly urges me to get premium. i understand the push, the company might be getting less popular and people are cancelling subscriptions as covid is calming down and people spend less time at home practicing their hobbies. but why am i only allowed to practice three songs a day? why did all of my history and liked songs get deleted? the pop ups are manageable and i’m sure this is a wonderful platform that are willing to spend money, but i no longer consider this a free tool. beginners aren’t as willing to pay for a program for their hobby as more advanced musicians, and this program is at its base not meant for more intricate songs. i have refined many, many chords for songs on this app and website and i’m sad to stop using it. but it’s unmanageable for me. i practice music to relax and get my mind off the real world. being constantly reminded of winter deals and limiting how much i can use the program just because i don’t use it enough to feel the desire to pay for it is beyond annoying. if your company needs more revenue, maybe implement some ads before videos, not berating your customers to the point of which they feel the need to pay to continue using it. implementing ads is not only a more stable flow of income, but also will be less likely to deter users from the platform. As a pro musician myself I was testing some songs out, every difficult song you try is completely wrong lol! The bass notes are correct but the chords aren’t even close! Show more

I wanted to download some Bengali song piano notes for my daughter. This app does a very poor job. It basically converts any YouTube song into Guitar, Piano or Ukulele chords. It is hard to follow and pdf export does not have melody part. Very unhappy. Need my money back. Show more

When you are a member, they should have access to tabs for songs, just like they do chords

Have use app for quite long time Recently not working, app says no internet network despite having good internet signal on cel carrier or wifi network.

I’ve been using Chordify for about a year now. In the past month it has been really unreliable. Hope they get this sorted out.

I got a bunch of songs on one account and then i got signed out one day automatically for some reason.. and half of my songs disappeared ? 3 months pass and i have a few extra songs in file but, then the songs disappeared again. I signed in now for a day and after getting home from work, i cant sign back into my account. There might be a data problem please fix this ? this app is so amazing and all i do is play guitar. Ever since i paid for premium a few days ago i have not been able to get the app to load at all. It constantly says it cant open anything due to no internet connection. Which is definitely not on my end as every other app on my ipad including the internet browser and anything else internet required on this device is still functioning properly. So i paid for an app I can not even use? Show more

Love the fact that right after I purchase the premium plan I’m unable to access anything as there is “no network” despite the fact that no other apps are struggling with connecting to the internet. Disappointed to say the least Show more

Bought a premium subscription for the app and it won’t let me search for any songs. I thought maybe it was just the song I was looking for so I typed in The Beatles and it said no results found. Really? I find that hard to believe Show more

I’m learning guitar, and really enjoying this app, but today it is not working. I’ve gone to the support page, and not found any help. Very frustrating.

As of now my Chordify app will not connect it says I’m offline but all my other apps work not happy about paying for a service I can’t use

Offline too much

This app was great, but it stopped working for me today. Type in a song and it keeps saying no results, which makes absolutely no sense. I lost my entire song library. Maybe it crashed, but it’s very frustrating. Show more
