I wanted to love it but it has some serious tuning issues and you can fiddle with it forever and get nowhere. A great deal of the sounds are some sort of novelty joke but it’s no joke. The electric guitar emulations are the worst, some notes are flat and higher up the scale are sharp. If you want great authentic bass sounds this is isn’t it. Show more

Great app, love the sounds, it was great when I used it on my IPad Air 2, but since getting my 2020 IPad Pro it’s just a half step out of tune. I don’t know if it’s because of the Pro being locked to 48k instead of 44.1, but other apps , including BASSalicious ver 1 seem fine. Also Pure Synth Platinum has the same issue but seems ok after I switch from the initial preset. I really hope the developer reads this looks into it. Show more

Unbelievably fantastic sounds. Great playability. Great effects to tweak the awesome presets into even more amazing bass sounds that you can save as a preset. Works equally well on iPad & now iPhone. This is the one to buy folks!!! Show more

Awesome bass synth that covers a lot of sonic territory! High quality sounds, plenty of presets and really great FX to boot! Definitely worthy of having in your arsenal. Side note, the developer is responsive and fixed a bug that was affecting me personally. Doesn’t get any better than that! Show more

UPDATE: Working and sounding great now. Thanks to the developer for letting me know this was resolved. Quite a while ago: Great sounds but playing via the app keyboard is severely broken. I’m sure you’ll fix it and then I’ll up my rating and review. Show more

I love this synth. Have been using it a lot in garage band. Would love to be able to use it on my iPhone

When you add this apps, you really help all the pros and/or hobbyists who really dedicate their iOS devices to music. If only other developers got this.

Downloaded this app yesterday and it is very problematic. Does not continue to play in BM3 when trying to change the sounds. If I could get a refund, believe me I would. Show more

This synth is exactly what it says. I’m having zero issues on my end running the most recent iOS update, on a 11” Pro 256. Works in AUM, Cubasis, Auria, Stagelight, Apematrix, and everything I’ve opened it up in. Seems to be more than a bass synthesis machine as well. I get all types of useful and usable sound out of it. Loving this thing. I purchased it for the introductory price and it’s paid off in dividends! Thank for the updates and for making such a fun to use Audio Unit. Show more

High-quality sound engine. Excellent interface. Wide variety of useful presets. Largest selection of waveforms I've ever seen. You can pick from dozens of variations of a simple saw wave. @GospelMusicians, I almost missed this one as I thought it was a compendium of funk (not that that’s a bad thing) but after five minutes playing I can see you are covering all the basses ? (including some cool acoustics) with this great app. The SoundTestRoom video also sold me. This is an indispensable addition to every iOS toolbox (the only monophonic bass app you will ever need, actually) and greatly appreciated. While iFretless bass has a great acoustic patch, it lacks the comprehensive sample and sound library and customization of Bassalicious. I think your app will provide a lot more creative juice. The tweakability is total, the effects superb and thorough, and the sound deep and rich... another great accomplishment and thank you! Your tip about cutting effects on presets to avoid occasional cpu overload is invaluable. Everybody should know about that. Show more

Another banger from a great developer for a great PRICE too. The sound library is ridiculous. You pretty much don’t need to tweak anything just look through the massive sound library and you will likely find exactly what you’re looking for. The effects, filters, LFO, reverb, and other mods are equally massive. The knobs are deep as well, meaning they really do impact the sound. This app is a tweakers dream. The electric and acoustic bass samples are also phenomenal. This is your one stop bass library, just be patient. The app developer is awesome and very responsive to observations. Hey Jamal. Love the plugin but it won't open on my IPad Pro 12.9 2nd edition. I've deleted and redownloaded but that didn't work... I know it good because of the Pure Platinum design. What's up I'm on iOS 12.2 Update : I shut down the IPad totally and rebooted and there stood a excellent synth. You have done it again!! A keeper for sure Show more
