All features stay locked even if buy Go Guitar Pro device and connect it to your iPhone. GGP is recognized in IOS settings but features in the app are staying locked no matter what you do. What’s the point to create an app and to sell a device that supposed to work with it if only TC Helicon guys can use it in fancy YouTube videos? Show more

Useless app. Purchased a TC Helicon Go Twin and wanted to use this Guitar Rack app with it but app freezes upon opening and cannot get it to work. Looks like they haven’t updated it in years. So why advertise a product you sell works with an app if you don’t update the app to work???! False advertising!! Show more

Never been able to use this app because it locks up and crashes every time I try to use it. Needs an update or bug fixes.

Real cool app and great sounds. Unfortunately AUv3 doesn’t work. Otherwise awesome amp sim and effects suite. Really digging the TC Helicon Go Twin interface!

I recently got the Guitar Pro thinking it would unlock the items in Guitar Rack App like it says it does but it does not unlock anything! I have an iPhone running iOS 13! Don’t bother buying Helicon Guitar Pro! Show more

This app will only give you the bare bones, unless it recognizes your TC HeIicon product. I downloaded this app just after receiving my Go Guitar interface. No luck. I am using iPod with 1/4” jack as the product was designed for. It may need the newer connection to recognize. I’m not going to pay another $10 just to get it to work (if it does). Also, tried to contact support link. Dead link. Very disappointed! Could be a great product otherwise. Show more

It does not recognize my tc helicon go guitar as a tc helicon product. I read some reviews and it seams others are having this problem as well. Please fix and i will re review but for now its the lowest score because I own the right equipment, it just wont work. My goguitar is great, just this app is messed up. Show more

Sounds great. The interface needed to unlock everything is cheaply built but it does work. Also be aware that as of this writing it still doesn’t work with ios 13. I used an older ios 12 ipad after wasting hours plugging, unplugging and finagling on my new ipad. Show more

No documentation of using the app. Recording files is okay but the file gets lost to who knows where, since the save functionality does not allow the user to select a folder. Show more

Great app as far as what you get for free goes, and we definitely needed an auv3 guitar sim. I wish there was a way to unlock all the gear via in app purchase, I already have all the hardware I need and really don’t see buying something I know I won’t use other than to unlock this app. I would definitely pay to unlock the rest of the gear via iap though. Easiest to use? Check. Boatload of pedals and amps? Check. Astounding quality? Check. I’m blown away. I just got this app today and it’s already my new go-to. You need iOS-compatible TC-Helicon gear in order to unlock the full app. For whatever reason, this seems to have upset some people. In my opinion, this is great because it means unlocking everything in one fell swoop. If you’re like me and you’ve gotten deep into guitar apps and tried out a bunch of them, you know they’re pretty much out to nickel-and-dime you with in-app purchases. Well, here comes TC-Helicon with an entirely different approach: Buy one of their iOS-compatible products and you get the full app. It’s a breath of fresh air and I appreciate it so much. I could go on about how great the app is, but I’d rather get back to playing with it! Plus, the demos on TC-Helicon’s YouTube channel show it off pretty well. Suffice it to say, it’s just as good as they make it seem. Show more

I would consider buying some of these effects and amps if they allowed me to purchase them in the app. Unfortunately the place I live is far from the nearest music store and I don’t own and TC Helicon hardware that could be used to unlock them. Show more
