How come the sesh evo doesn’t work with this app?

Literally connected my jib xt2’s to my phone and waited for the app to search for my device, waited a good 3 minutes and nothing happened, restarted my phone, nothing happened. Anybody(everybody)else having the same chronic connectivity issues with these garbage earbuds?? EVERYTIME I turn them off and put them up, I come back and ONE side is connected, the other is not synced. Then I have to go through the entire stupid process of re-syncing them…only to move over to my iPhone to have the OTHER side now not synced! EVERY TIME…repeat…EVERY TIME I turn these things on, I have to re-sync them….why?!?! What kind of garbage product is this? These just got thrown away. Good riddance. Show more

Shows the headphones on the app, they’re connected via Bluetooth, app says they’re not connected. when I hit + shows me a new list of headphones and mine are not listed! The app is crap :( Show more

Why have an app where no headphones work?

Love the Earbuds but not the app or software, always having issues paring it with the app and the settings are always changing and not saving. I have the SESH ANC MODEL S2TEW and I love them but like I said I been having a lot of issues with the app. Along with other issues, that other users have stated in these reviews. I love the earbuds and I really hope y’all update the app with patches that could fix these bugs please and thank you in advance! Show more

Why does it not work with the crusher wireless?

Earbuds will not connect no matter what. I have added/deleted/prayed/screamed and no results. They will be returned for a different brand product. Bad!

Doesn’t recognize when the headphones at Bluetooth connected completely useless after the first time

I really like this app it helped me find out how to work my Pods out and it helped me find them when I lost mine

My Crusher Evos connected just fine. I feel like those who are having trouble aren’t doing it right. Turn them off, long press the on/off button so it turns on and goes into pairing mode, when the Tile app finds it you need to press on/off AND the play/pause buttons at the same time. I’ve been trying to connect my headphones to this app for weeks, which is much shorter than most people who have this app have been trying. They refuse to pop up, no matter what i do, and it’s becoming annoying. The app is not very great and I’m sorry. It’s not a helpful app at all. Show more

Got a pair of Crusher Evo’s and no matter how many times i reset them or what i do they never connect to the app. Great headphones just wish i could use them to their full potential with the app, very disappointing. Show more

There is a known issue with skullcandy JIB earbuds (only one side will work, and buds don’t pair correctly), and one solution is “upgrade firmware”, but you can’t do that because this app doesn’t support the product (along with a bunch of other skullcandy products). Show more

When it says to connect to a device I click the option that applies to me and it just closes out the entire thing and it is frustrating.

I received a set of skullcandy crusher eco headphones for christmas and they work very well. They connect to my phone and play music and everything they should. However, when I try and connect them to the skullcandy app, it refuses to work. The app recognizes the headphones when I press “add a new device” but will not pair when i click the green plus. I have watched several youtube videos and researched the issue and the it’s the same answer every time. I have tried everything from deleting the app, restarting my phone, and updating my phones software. I have called skullcandy and did exactly what they said. But I still can’t get them to connect to the app. Show more

Listen, if your right bud is not working do this. Gran it by the tip where the sound comes out and the opposite end and pull apart and downwards until it opens up. Now play around with it a bit and grind it gently back and forth. Put it back together and the sound should come back. If it doesn’t work the first time try it again because it took me two times and now its working fine. This problem happens do to accidentally dropping the earbuds and them being cheap plastic which can move around the parts inside after a fall. Show more

I just got a brand new set of Crusher Evos. I followed the steps for pairing to my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I was able to listen to music and tv perfectly. But I decided to download this app. I was able to see my headphones but it said they were “not connected”. I tried unpairing them and also redownloading the app, but neither worked. It also looks like the problem is affecting others but support doesn’t acknowledge the problem. Show more

Just downloaded this app and the sesh evo earbuds come up in devices found but then it says it’s not connected. Can’t get it to work at all. So annoying!

The battery level always shows 100%. Everything else seems fine.
