    Horrible App
    So horrible, won’t even connect sound at to wifi! Can’t you update your app Samsung. Does not work at all!

    Originally worked great !!
    Loved the app and speakers initially and now wish I had never spent the money on these speakers. The app and speakers were fantastic when first purchased about 3 years ago. The app worked and speakers sinked quickly and played flawlessly. Since the release of the new app we now have had all the same issues as others with dropped speakers, connection issues and now the app is no longer able to find and connect to any of the four speakers. I can blue tooth to them however can only run one at a time. What a disappointment and lots of money spent and hours wasted for something that no longer works. What is wrong with tech these days? It never works and takes hours of frustration to try and make it work, until the next update is pushed then back to square one and all the frustration. Looks like I will have to go back to playing LPs. Hardwired speakers and old tech works every time with only one set up…. Show more

    Crashing no connection
    My app keeps crashing and unable to connect. It’s been happening the last week or so. I have to delete it and redownload to just change the station. Please fix ASAP Show more

    Hasn’t worked for years
    Disappointing coming from a big brand like Samsung. I could never get this app to work with my speakers.

    Really works
    Adds a new dimension to my sound bar via my iPhone phone and iPad. Installed it, set it up and it does the rest. Do yourself a solid and get more from your sound bar. Show more

    Useless
    This app is basically useless. You get no control over anything to do with your sound at. It basically allows you to turn the volume up or down and stream music through it. That’s it. Interface on the sound bar isn’t great so it would have been nice to have some functionality here but the app is trash. Show more

    App has Massive Glitch and Failure in iOS 15 Revering it Non-Functional
    Used this years ago with my 6 wifi connected speakers but when I recently opened to use it again, the app has failed and been unreliable. The app closes itself out and t he coding needs to be reviewed to see what’s causing this. Additionally, please release update with a scaled background within the app that’s for larger devices screens (like as the max and pro versions of the iPhone). Will change and adjudged my review from 1 start to 5 or 4 stars once these glitches have been resolved and the app works again. Will check the App Store for updates/releases. Thanks in advance.     Garbage App
    I can connect to the speakers just fine. The app itself says there’s no network connection, which is bogus. Tried it on iPhone and iPad. It’ll play songs downloaded on iTunes sometimes, but most of the time it’ll play one song and then crash… can’t connect with Spotify or Pandora because of the perceived network issues, even there are none except for on the app. Show more

    No longer works
    Hasn’t been updated in over 2 years and doesn’t even allow you to add any Samsung speakers- it jumps right past any screens that allow setup. Useless and worthless like this. I can now only use my speakers with Bluetooth and so there’s definitely zero MultiRoom functionality. Show more

    Awful, really awful
    I spent over $3k for purchase, set up, and troubleshoot of this absolutely dysfunctional product suite. The speakers require you ship or take them to Samsung for hardware updates! READ THAT TWICE. The app does not work AT ALL right now on a fully updated iPhone 12. Nothing happens when I attempt to pair speakers or access settings. EVERYTIME, no exaggeration, I try to use my speakers, I have to pair every single one again…if the router can find them. The worst product experience I have had, ever. Show more

    Seems outdated
    The only reason I use this app is so that I can play music from my phone. Blue tooth on the new iPhone doesn’t seem to want to stay connected so I’m forced to use this so that it doesn’t disconnect randomly. The UI seems outdated and for some reason on the iPhone 12 Pro Max the resolution of everything seems like it’s set to 480 blurry at certain places and doesn’t take the whole screen. Takes like the center only for some reason. Show more

    Terrible
    I wish I knew how bad the connections were with this speaker and app. Multiple times I’ve deleted the app reinstalled and it only has errors. Constantly asks to join the Wi-Fi network that the speakers are connected to which is already the case. After investing in a speaker system it now looks like Samsung has abandoned the app all together. Most apps get better, this one gets worse. Until they address this very basic component of a complete sound system, do not buy the speakers. Show more

    Please update app
    Have premium version of Pandora and here in the app I can only log in as a free account. No playlists or unlimited skips like I pay for. Have 5 of these speakers and would love to get the most out of them. Show more

    Needs to be updated and maintained.
    This was great before the neglect. I wish the App received a refresh because I still love using my Samsung M7 Speakers.

    Zero stars if possible
    Continuing to drop the speaker connections and then not able to reconnect. 99% of the time you can only use one speaker at the time. Pure garbage.

    Don’t waste your time
    This app is garbage. I’m continually having to re-add all of my 6 speakers as they all get dropped from this trash app. Samsung’s customer support is worthless. I’m switching to Sonos!!!! Show more

    Is Anyone at Samsung Listening?
    Samsung Radiant 360 R1 Bluetooth Speakers have horrible connectivity! I have 3 of them and NONE of them have connected to this app for over 2 weeks! I FINALLy was able to get a hold of a supervisor in the Philippines, who tells me this “App is no longer working and they have no idea if and when it is going to be updated!” What about the hundreds of dollars I paid for the 3 speakers? What happened to service reps in the US that I could understand, who knew something, and were helpful? SO SAD! HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!!!! Show more
