    Difficult to work with
    Overly complicated and fussy, average speaker quality, not a team player. It’s much easier and cheaper to buy normal Bluetooth speakers.

    Horrible integration with Pandora
    I have 15+ speakers and the compatibility with Pandora is horrible. Will play random music or not at all.

    Disappointed
    I spent a lot of money on the ARC sound bar, and the two smaller speakers for surround sound and the two smaller speakers keep disconnecting, and I have to keep calling customer service, so they walk me through adding that to my Sonos app account. Very disappointed and do not recommend. Show more

    Solid speakers hamstrung by a garbage app
    Nothing but good to say about the speakers themselves (I have 12.) The app, despite regular updates, is a dumpster fire. Regularly forget stereo pairs, regularly “loses” rooms/speakers meaning they’re just gone within the app, frequently drops connections, etc etc. The app’s UI for using different music sources, finding songs, etc is SO BAD. No exaggeration either, it is truly unpleasantly clunky. Show more

    Buggy
    This app has been full of bugs ever since I got my sonos speakers 2 years ago. The latest I’ve encountered is with the “Alarm” function. If you want music to start playing at a certain time of day on a select set of speakers it’s near impossible. It doesn’t allow you to select a preset group, so you have to pick one speaker and check “include grouped speakers”, then cross your fingers. Some days the alarm doesn’t go off at all, other days it picks a random set of speakers on which to play. This should be a simple function. Show more

    i love my sonos but its broken
    i have a sonos one sl & i love it so much. ever since the new year it will not work. idk if there was an update but it makes me want to cry. i miss my music Show more

    Love it but very hard to switch networks
    I’ve been using Sonos for years and love it. Recently I switched internet providers and I wanted to switch to the new Wi-Fi. It took forever. I have 7 different components. Each one needed to be hard reset which involved holding down a combination of buttons while I power cycled it and then Sonos had to rediscover each unit. Sometimes I had to repeat the process several times because Sonos couldn’t find my new network despite having a very strong signal. I own a lot of devices that run on Wi-Fi and only Sonos was difficult to switch to the new network Show more

    It’s a good app. I enjoy being able to either play next or add to end of the queue. The big downside is that I always have issues playing through Sonos. I will start a station and an ad has no problem playing, but then the station will freeze. I am still able to play from my Apple Music so there is a work around. Show more

    Constant disconnect, sync issues incompatible with apps other than imusic… great regret to own a sonos system worth 5 K

    Products work great but app doesn’t
    Continuously losing connection to the products I’ve spent thousands on. “Unable to connect” doesn’t seem to point to my internet or products bc I can reconnect by turning wifi on/off on my phone. It’s become super tedious Show more

    Lame
    Wait, I have to use this app — the UX of which lags noticeably the native streaming apps — to use the speaker?! Lame.

    Awful Google Integration
    The utter fail that is the google assistant integration really takes away from an otherwise good product.

    Can’t play media from Sonos app
    Was really disappointed to find out that I needed to buy a Sonos soundbar just to play any sort of media that wasn’t an app I had to run through the sonos app. Show more

    Constant connection issues and long wait for finding devices repeatedly

    Struggles with network connection
    Easy to use, but constantly needs troubleshooting with connection issues with at home networking. If the connection to network issues were fixed it would be a 5 star app!

    Lucky they sound decent
    The most useless app you can download. Took 45 minutes to search for a speaker I had in front of me. Asked me to connect speaker to Wi-Fi,(why? What happened to buying a speaker and just turning it on?) can only connect with this stupid app (not through Bluetooth in settings) and after waiting an hour, it said somehow it connected to some other Wi-Fi network. Now I can’t use app or speaker. This company really needs to be better. Thank god it was a gift because I would never spend money on this crap. Show more

    So frustrating
    The software is never consistent. Always reboots, errors sporadically. It’s more annoying than anything. The sound quality is great when it works right but the app that incorporates Spotify and alike is just not stable. Trying to play songs from my Spotify like list for instance. Error 701. Annoying Show more

    My app won’t connect
    My sonos app was working fine prior but had been struggling as of late to connect and work with Alexa. It won’t play music through the app anymore. Now I just use airplay. It’s so frustrating. Sonos please fix this issue ASAP. Show more

    Music whenever and wherever you want it!
    Love love love that I can move this and have it outside for wonderful sound.
