Cdub, I want free loops and this app isn’t the right place for that

The app worked great for a while then the latest update lost access to available loops. Do not the free loops not exist anymore? Also is there a way to buy individual loops instead of the sub model? Show more

Inter-App Audio (IAA), Audiobus, Audio Unit (AU) support would be awesome.

I have used this app on iPhone/iPad for years. The new update has been solid for me. I use factory loops, as well as, import my own loops from other DAWs. Very happy, works for me! Show more

This app crashes all the time . I’m beginning to hate it and I’m going to cancel as soon as I find another program . It’s awful .

Cdub was a lifesaver at practices and services until this new update. I updated the app and when I got onto the app every single last loop I had saved was gone. And I mean everything. It’s been a couple of months so I’m just hoping I get lucky and get them back. If Cdub could get my loops back I’ll be a happy person . Show more

I use this app every Sunday. I’ve had a few glitches setting up playlists, but never an issue during a service. I love this app. I love the features. I use it on an iPad Pro at the piano pushing audio out of the USB-C port. The port is on the bottom so I have to set my iPad on its side (landscape). This app only works in portrait mode so I’m constantly turning my head to the side to control it. Otherwise great! Show more

This new update has really messed me up. All the loops I have saved are gone. That is a real inconvenience because I needed them for service. Also didn’t realize it until it was time to play. Show more

The loops keeping saying preparing and then it doesn’t load so is something wrong with the app

Had this app for a year and had no complaints until now. When i try to browse for loops it says connection/download failure. Idk what’s going on. Tried it on different wifi sources and still doesn’t work. Please fix this asap as my band heavily relies on this. Show more

After installing the new update the app is more ineffective than ever. Certain loops will play than after awhile it’s frozen. Certain loops cause the app to freeze automatically. This has been an ongoing issue. I’ve paid more than 300over the course of having this app. I’ve had it for years hoping tht it would improve. I’m disappointed as a loyal subscriber of the inefficiency of this app. I feel like I am getting robbed for my money. Show more

Idk what’s going on but with great wifi signal strength or strong cellular data usage the loops are failing to download and play. Please update.

The app is a little slow when loading tracks. and continue to crash

I use this app at least twice a week for hours at a time and never had a problem with it, which really makes me sad to have to write such a comment. But since this new update, the app has been doing some major glitching. Is there something in the pipeline to fix this issue? Show more

Bro I’m so done with this app. I been rockin with it since it came out. The last longest it’s been glitching and freezing up. I gave it some time and just redos loaded it and read scribes and it’s totally unusable. The only track that even loads is the first one that it defaults to. Nothing will play and if the track even comes up the entire app freezes. I don’t know what else to say other than it’s very frustrating to try to support and it hasn’t worked in forever. Hopefully something can be fixed so I’m not out of another month worth of subscription. And this happens on both the iPhone and iPad. Show more

It’s only happened today but when I’m trying to play certain tracks the whole app is freezing. I did a soft reset on my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded, etc still same thing. Show more

I was making a playlist and had all the songs together, all of a sudden the loops were playing different songs. Fast songs were super slow, one of the shout loops was a ballad. These loops are all over the place now. I haven’t had any problems in awhile but now this app is starting lack the potential it once had. Please fix this or I’m unsubscribing Show more

I sent in a ticket for songs not being loaded in the app. I spent $20 on the subscription but still had to go in and make a .99 cent purchase. I have not received a response from your team. I have no problem supporting you but at least have better customer service. Show more
