Great way to know what he’s up to

I’ve been unable to access my account since shortly after downloading. I get a “internal server error” everyone i try to log in. There is no one to contact and no way to get help w this. I even deleted and reloaded the app…nothing. Show more

Needs more features and interactive elements. Pretty pointless currently.

It tells me to go to Shawn store but when I click on it it won't let me go on the store but other than that it's great

I love this app but it would be better if we were able to post our own stuff and have our own little fanpages in the app ?And being able to text and have group chats in the app would be cool so all of shawns biggest fans can meet eachother! Show more

I love Shawn with my whole heart. But I can’t get the app because it keeps saying that I need to reset the password and that they sent an email but I didn’t get an email. I have tried over and over for the last month to open the shawnshop and every time it just shows a black screen. I am using the app on a iPhone 7 Plus. Does anyone else have this issue? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Show more

SOMo this app is amazing something that could be better is for daily challenges that would be so cool. Another feature and i don’t know if I’m the only one but the shop doesn’t work. But besides that it’s a amazing app.?? Show more

i click on the shop button to try and look at merch and nothing shows up. someone please fix this bc his merch is literally amazing. otherwise,such a great app!

So... I really want this app but it’s not working. Every time I try to sign up it tells me that I need to reset my password and that it will send me and email but I check and waited for so long and it never worked?BUT I honestly cannot give Shawn’s app a bad rate I guess, so yeah I don’t think it’s his fault although I would really like to enjoy this app. Show more

There should be a new feature where you can personally email/send fan mail Shawn Mendes but it go to him not to a computer robots thing so the fans can really connect to Shawn Show more
