RADIOIQ is my go-to source for news—truth. I’ve used this app to hear & read current and breaking news for quite a number of years. When I’m traveling internationally the app is particularly useful for me and allows me to keep up-to-date on local and world news. This app lets me listen to WVTF and Radio IQ wherever I am in the world, and that can be very useful. A good, easy to use app.

One of several sources that I go to to listen to classical music through my new Phonak Marvel hearing aids. My experience has been exemplary with no buffering issues as has been reported by other reviewers. My WiFi feed is well over 200 Mbps, so maybe that could explain the better performance. With the Bluetooth streaming I hear music crystal clearly now. What a thrill. Show more

The new format took me by surprise and was a little “off putting”— but once I realized it put so much info and stories in clear view, I began to appreciate the format. I have not had the buffering problems noted in other reviews. I listen all day— would be lost without NPR. Show more

So frustrating. Can’t get a stream for more than a few seconds.

It looks like you changed the format of this app, and since the it no longer seems to want to play the live stream.

“New” app won’t download. Now stuck in loop when I open it and it just keeps crashing. I push play and no sound whatsoever. I can’t even submit an error report without getting a error. Show more

Same complaints as everyone else. The livestream buffers at the worst possible times and quitting and restarting seems to be the only fix. It’s incredibly annoying when it happens at key moments in some of the stories. It also prompts me to update, but there is no update available. Show more

Can I get the old version back? This is impossible to use. It buffers and quits every minute or less. Also, it asks me to update it but then just goes to the same version I already have. This app is heavy with junk. The previous version was simple and reliable. Show more

Streaming cuts off and on constantly. I have to close the app and turn it back on to get it to continue playing. Suggest a recall until you get the bug out. Show more

The new design is great, but unfortunately the app is now unusable. The radio stream cuts off to “buffer” every 10 to 15 minutes and the only way to resolve it is to reboot the app. I used to use the app every day, so I hope you read this review and release an update so the app is usable again. The live stream buffers for ages before starting and often quits repeatedly for no reason and won’t restart— despite a strong cell and WiFi signal. The app constantly prompts me to update though I have the latest version. Other than that, the new design is an improvement, when it works. Show more
