I’d just received my Devialet Gemini in the mail a few hours ago, and although it was fully charged right out of the box (a returned defect reshipped?); I’d charged it for the recommended 1.5 hours and tried pairing with my iPhone, coupled with the help of the Devialet Gemini app multiple times. I also restarted my phone as well as the earbuds with no luck. I’ll be returning these, not exchanging them! Show more

Easy to operate apps

Yes it is somewhat minimalist, but the sound I get from these Incredible sonic devices is immeasurable! For me it more than meets my criteria and aids me in my enjoyment of these awesome earbuds! Show more

The sound is so good than you fall flat on the software. Work on the EQ please?

They need to improve on their apps (plural). I can’t connect to my iPhone easily, the sound bar can’t connect to my projector easily. The tree speaker took 30min to connect. For how costly these devices are, you should get your bluetooth and software upgraded. I love the tree speaker, amazing sound (which wasn’t even on the survey when sent via email), but these apps and connections really downgrade the quality. Literally, every time I try and use the ear pod headphones, I have to remove it via bluetooth and reinstall it. Every time. Even though it’s showing I’m connected on the phone. I can send videos and photos of the operations. It’s horrible. Not worth the money. Consumers, stick with your AirPod pros, or whatever higher-end brand you have until Devialet decides to invest in their apps to communicate better with their own devices they’re operating with. Before you blame our internet (for the sound bar) it’s extremely fast and equipped with boosters throughout to make certain devices aren’t dropping signal, I can use our Wi-Fi at our neighbor’s house. It’s not the phone, it’s not the Wi-Fi, it is your products. However, I have figured out the soundbar operates better with the Apple Home app over its own app (developed by Devialet). Anyone who provides 5 stars and states the app works well, are clearly paid by the developer or contracted out. Nobody, and I mean, nobody in their right mind would state the apps are (to each device) operating smoothly. It’s that simple. I’ve already reached out to Devialet and they never responded back, so please do not just pay someone to reply back to each negative review with a contact address if the company isn’t going to follow through with speaking to their consumers. Terrible terrible

These earbuds are the best I have ever heard. I have never heard the low end until now. Also, the app is easy to figure out and use.

Does not work on my iPhone nor android phones. DO NOT BUY. STAY FAR AWAY. Ridiculous honestly given the cost. Do not purchase.

So far all is good.. regarding the ease of using the earbuds and the app. The sound, however, is AMAZING. I’m very impressed with the amount of bass that these little earbuds are able to generate!!! I’ve wanted to use earbuds for awhile, but until now I wasn’t able to find a pair that: 1. Didn’t fall out of my ears 2. Were comfortable 3. Produced the quality of sound that I desired after having gotten used to high end over ear headphones 4. Actually produced BASE with enough depth that allowed me to enjoy my favorite hip hop/ jazz/ binaural beats and everything in between. 5. Not only didn’t fall out of my ears, but feel secure enough where I’m not constantly worrying about them falling out, and having to adjust them…. Like those white ones that apple tried to create - but don’t even come close to these fine earbuds. Thank you Devialet!! I’ve finally found (or rather- you’ve designed) the earbuds I’ve been searching for!!! By the way - I just want to mention that I was not compensated in any way for this review. Poor performance

The headphones sound great they’re very detailed and I love them but there is no volume control on them whatsoever which makes it extremely annoying

App is very simple to use, without any fancy or hard to master function. I particularly like the fact that when the earbuds are connected to a source, like a Bluetooth transmitter connected to my TV, I still can use the mobile app to control the audio settings of the earbuds, like for instance the equalizer and so I can get the best audio experience, or I can disable the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) so I can hear the surrounding noise (e.g., door bell). Beside the mobile app, the Devialet Gemini earbuds have a phenomenal quality, with a great audio, and for a long listening period of time, and without causing any fatigue or discomfort. Show more
