great app but the selection of albums you can review is kind of a limited

This is basically letterboxd for music, which is great, but it’s kind of useless (for me) without a “watchlist.”

The genre system leaves a lot to be desired. No EDM? No metal? No experimental? Folk and country grouped together? No ambient? The list goes on

I think that this is a very good app but I would like to see how long an album is

Love this app. a lot of the pro features feel a little silly and should be for all members but I’m really excited to see where this thing goes.

“This app helps me organize my brain” is what came up when I made a list of every album I’ve ever listened to. Now I don’t have to guess how much hours I’ve spent on music listening. As for the review portion, I love how easy it is; and reading other people’s opinions of individual tracks is such a good feature as well to know if I’m alone in liking a particular song. Im loving the concept of this app, but the interface is a little wacky.. I just created a “list” of songs and was able to add the same song in the same list.. like I don’t want a duplicate of a song in the same list, PLEASE FIX THIS.. give me a warning like “song already in list, unable to add” please.. once fixed I’ll give a better rating. Mostly like it so far, but why in the heck can’t I sort my albums by artist or release date?

I use this app to keep track of albums, songs, and artists that I have critically listened to, thought about and (possibly) reviewed more than just 1-5 stars. But I do think that the search function being updated will help improve the experience for everyone. A lot of people who are using this app most likely aren’t going to be misspelling or messing up the name of what they’re looking for. With that in mind I think you could improve the search function by prioritizing matching over popularity… the amount of times that i have to open the “view all albums…” to find what I’m looking for because 5-8 completely unrelated items came up first is absolutely infuriating. And not being able to search within someones account is very annoying. Lastly, clicking on the “Ratings” tab pulls up a users history rather than a list of their ratings. Make it almost identical to the “Reviews” tab and it will be great. Update: I have now run into album(s) that just don’t show up when sorting by albums. Show more

I’m love

I give this app five stars because I know it will attract a lot of fans over time. It also increases the number of music fans. I am very happy that a public rating website was designed for music as well. Currently, the only drawback of the app is that we can not enter the Tracks page. For example, when I want to enter the track page of "Comfortably Numb", I am directed to the album "The Wall". In this situation, in order to understand the rating number of this track, I have to go directly to the website. Show more

I love using this to rate music. It’s essentially letterboxd but for music. So far, no complaints other than there should be a way to sort reviews by artists as well (preferably in a-z order) to see what albums by certain artists you’ve rated Show more

Trying to get some of my friends on here because this whole “logging songs” things is really fun.

I really really like the idea of this app, and I’m going to try and continue using it, but there some things that are just too big to ignore. The app loads nothing at all, and if it does, it takes minutes to simply look up an album or publish a review. It’s just super aggravating and I hope to see it fixed soon Show more
