Im using th original irig, and I seem to be only having this problem with this app, and AmpliTube, where I hear like a static sound even if I change the latency it’s quite annoying. Can anyone help Show more

Update 3 months later: After my glowing review below, I bought the 10$ presets. It was great until I upgraded to iOS 16 and not only did it lose my presets, I no longer exist. So I asked Apple for a refund and tried again. The app took my money and didn’t send any code for access. I wasted days trying to make this thing work. I even contacted GE Labs and got no reply. What a waste! I am so disappointed. In addition, there are latency issues that are problematic. So after giving you guys my best shot, I tried DepLike and it works perfectly with 5 Free Presets and and has a much much cleaner signal chain. August 2022 After spending a whole day evaluating free guitar sims, this is the probably the absolute best. It has a library of presets that are amazing. The catch for your purchase is the ability to store more than one of your own. That’s really not a problem because there’s so many good choices already. Give this app a try! The tones are awesome. The interface is so easy to use too. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to import 3rd party IR. I run this into my audio interface and then into Reaper and use an IR loader for more cabinet options. Just wish I could do it in the app. Otherwise this is one of my favorites. Show more

Too bad this app is so unstable. It is like a balloon ready to pop. While the CPU load reads under 50% your device will get very hot and you can not get rid of the latency static. BEWARE if you use it with an iK iRig HD you may get blasted with deafening white noise out of nowhere. I am trying to integrate this app but it is just too unfinished and unstable. NOTE: If you engage the main output EQ your signal folds to mono. This had me chasing around for an hour trying to figure out what the problem was. Show more

I was excited to use the apps sampling feature and upload some of my gear into my iPad and Moore X2 preamp. Sadly this feature didn’t work for no matter what I tried. I followed the diagram and nothing. Maybe there is some issue with the Arturia Minifuse 2 I use as an audio interface but there is no way to know for sure. Sadly the pedal will be returned and the app will be deleted. Show more

Intuitive,and the tones are pretty accurate IMO. Would like to see all the effects and preamps together for a tidier appearance though. The fact that you can try before you buy basically,is great. Have it set to lowest latency,and it’s spot on . ?5 stars. Show more

First off, the presets aren’t bad; some of the MNRS profiles are absolutely amazing. Now the bad news… I purchased the unlimited slots a while ago. I have tried to login on a new IPad for 2 days. I have contacted Mooer by email, website, and Facebook multiple times. The website has been intermittently unavailable or slow to load for several days. This is unfortunate since this app is actually a nice app. As long as you don’t need support it’s great. Show more

I love this app in every way, plenty of effects and amps to use. It just needs to be compatible with the iRig Blueboard and it would be perfect. Make it happen and I’ll give it another star! Thanks! Show more

No matter how high I raise the Buffer I cannot get any of the pops and clicks to go away. I am a professional audio engineer of 16+ years and am very tech-savvy. The interface I am using is the Line 6 Helix - has OTG support and works great with every other app on iOS. I have tried every Native bit-rate on my device from 44.1-96khz and nothing has gotten rid of those pops and clicks. HOWEVER, what I can hear on top of those pops and clicks when I play the guitar sounds very promising. PLEASE MOOER FIX THIS ISSUE. I REALLY WANT TO LOVE YOUR APP. IF THIS IS FIXED I WILL CHANGE TO 5 STARS AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW!!! Show more

Awesome product Moore! Right off the bat everything works and sounds great. The interface is highly intuitive and simple. Highly recommend it. Oh and excellent price....$0!

This is an outstanding app for being free. And it’s pretty awesome that this is out there to compete with the other profilers. However, it would be nice if it had a feature to profile an entire head rather than just the preamp. Most people have a loadbox like a torpedo captor anyway. I get that I could profile my entire rig, but like most bedroom guitarists, I don’t want to hook up my huge rig in my tiny apartment. Also I feel like I should be using my reamp box when profiling but there isn’t really much info in n this. Show more

I have tried multiple times to sign up for the cloud to download user tones. It just gives an error of “Registr0”. Without access to the cloud, there is a limited number of presets. Show more

My review is based GE Labs version 2.2.8. I purchased an option to save presets during the 50% discount holiday sale that it had in the app. The GE Labs app didn’t confirm that I made the purchase for it still showed the option I paid for as unchanged - locked. But I was still able to save some presets. I wanted to enable it on my iPad and iPhone, but there is no restore button to restore purchases that all other apps normally have a restore purchases button. The developer’s website in the (Q&A) says to look for the restore button in the upper right, yet that is no where to be found in the app. I tried to email the developer with the email address it had on its website, but the email bounced back with a message saying it was denied by the recipient’s server. So something is not right with the support for this app and no restore button. So for whatever reason if the app was deleted on the one device and reinstalled, then you might not be able save presets anymore. AMPs & Effects sound quality: As for the emulation sound quality of the of the amp & effects there are some presets I obviously liked, hence, reason I paid to save presets so I could customize them more as saved user presets. Compared to the price of other similar guitar amp & effect apps it’s well stocked with effects and amp, and you only need to pay for the number of custom user presets you want to save. I would suggest to hold off on purchasing any preset option until the developer update notes says they added the restore button option. Until then you could play with it for free for all the effects and amps are accessible, but just cannot save more than one preset. Show more

It’s a good app but there’s just no reason in 2020 for it to not have some kind of Auv3/iaa/Audiobus support.

It does not fit the screen on an iPhone SE 2020. You cannot see the amp controls labels they are obscured by the effects below. Impossible to know what you’re adjusting Please fix this!!!!!!!!! I am using os 13.6.1 Show more

This is an unbelievable app. It’s free though of course, there’s the catch of only being able to save one preset. You’ll soon be persuaded to spend some money on it to have more slots. Which is what I did and I’m so glad I did it. It sounds amazing. I have two main presets I use. One for heavy metal with roomy reverb and chorus and one for acoustic improvisation using an acoustic amp. I love it. And that pitch shifting pedal that allows me to tune my guitar digitally is amazing. Show more

Best tone of the modelers I’ve used but occasionally crashes and plays a continuous loud buzzing noise until restarted. I can’t trust it for live playing until this gets resolved. I hope it does because the tone is so good otherwise. Show more

Was working perfect on my IPad until last night, when trying to import new anything from the cloud, would lock up dead as soon as I pressed the “Download” button.

I like the sound of this app, but i noticed that since the last update the audio is no longer in stereo when i have EQ Compensation enabled in the output section. Is this a bug or intended? I don’t remember this also happening with older versions. Show more
