As a musician, I was blown away at the creativity behind the PlantWave app and hardware. I absolutely love it for meditation and unwinding after a long day. So epic!

What a gift, and the app is amazing! It always connects and is so easy and fun to use which is a beautiful breath of fresh air. I upgraded to the paid version so that I can tune the device to the frequency of my harp at 528hz and other instruments and that opened up so many beautiful possibilities for me. PlantWave is so AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about it! I was using their first product - MIDI Sprout - all the way up until PlantWave was released and WOW what an upgrade! It’s way better than MIDI Sprout in so many aspects. If you love plants, music, biodata sonification, plant consciousness etc and understand how to use PlantWave to its fullest potential you will not be disappointed ? Pro version has so much more to offer in terms of customization on all music/midi levels. I usually spot my plants as to which mood they appear to be in and then match these harmonies to create my own compositions. Highly recommended !! Show more

Wow! What an amazing device! I first heard about this device in my sound healing school. My teacher showed us videos of trees in Costa Rica that ended up Over time syncing together to create a symphony of tones and it blew my mind! I knew then I must have one. I have always talked to trees, ever since I was little and I always felt the energy of plants had so much to teach us if we would Listen . Now, to be able to listen, is just phenomenal. From my houseplants, to the trees and flowers in my yard, to the banyans and tropical plants I discover while traveling, I can’t choose a favorite as they all have such diversity! I love how small it is! It’s incredibly easy to travel with and I’m just starting to dive Into the world of plant music creation! So much to be excited about with this company, you won’t be disappointed and you’ll most likely want more than one! Show more

This is a revolutionary way to bond with the more than human world. Music is more healing to our bodies than we know. Plant wave has helped me feel more relaxed and curiously about the plants are around me. I look forward to sharing it. Everyone could benefit from using the plant wave in their day to day lives. Am definitely for anything that connects us to nature and the reps are quite nice. They do communicate well & am sure are overwhelmed but sadly this is poorly made- i had big hopes the clamps are too harsh for any plant & play the same recorded melody whether you press on them with your fingers or plant. (Used it on 7 consecutively in same woodland - all the same amount of rainwater?) There is a Really tiny challenging pairing button very difficult to hold down, too but we can overlook that. Once i finally paired it, I found solely finger pressure played sounds so its not about your plants at all & the clamp snapped off. Hadn’t even used it for 5 minutes and broken This is a novel business that is clearly very concerned with their investment return (understandable, but not in first year) They profess conscious practices & seem like conscious great people, but it is a cheaply sourced final product. I was a bit Annoyed with upgrade sound loop option for more money request on app, too. The business asked me to file a report with shipper and to wait on a claim since it hadnt arrived by March when it was ordered last September. I really want to love this product, being an herbalist. Well, after waiting over a year from the original kickstarter and several emails later… I finally received my unit. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Sound access is limited and absolutely no customization is possible unless you subscribe to a monthly app. This is not what I signed up for! For over 8 years I have worked in plant sonification, this limited base unit is nothing more than a toy. Additionally, PlantWave is not supported on a Mac PowerBook. Grateful for the Bamboo M, a true workhorse for my performances. Show more

I love listening to my plant by my bed. It’s a great sound for meditation and deep listening and relaxation. One of the sound options even seemed to give a dance beat! The app itself needs some user interface improvements - a simple play/pause feature, more clear ability to tell when you are with your plant or crowdsourced sounds, easier to navigate between features, etc. overall love the experience! This app quit all the time in my mac m1. Imposible to use it

We had the app and listened to the plants of friends before getting our own Plant Wave. It was a surprise to hear how active our orchid is and how the music changes through a day’s cycle. It will take a while for us to explore the many additional features and functions that the app makes available when combined with the new Plant Wave device. We are looking forward to spring greening complemented by the sound of plant life generated music. Show more

I really enjoy that there are different soundscapes with my plantwave, I can have enchanted forrest while i’m working and heart chakra as i’m falling asleep. It’s great for putting me in the moment and also conditioning my brain to get into a good zone for working and sleeping. I keep it hooked to my umbrella plant basically 24/7 and I feel like I understand my plant more as I learn the different patterns of sound that the plant makes. Some plants like my umbrella plant and peace lily are very talkative while other plants like my key lime and sago palm generally stay more quiet. Some plants, specifically my many succulents and my coral cactus are always making different levels of sound and it’s quite unpredictable. it’s very interesting giving my plants an opportunity to say something! I also like the fact that I can broadcast my plants, I’ve told many friends and my family to download the app so they can listen to my plants. Sometimes i’ll start a broadcast and see people listening, It’s great that my plants can bring many people some relaxation :) the broadcast feature alone makes this app a good download even if you don’t own a plantwave. overall i’ve fallen in love with this device and it’s a part of my daily life ever since I got my hands on it! PlantWave allows you to create beautiful soundscapes with your very own plants. ? Hook up a plant and just listen to it. Meditative ambient soundscapes with the ability to change the key and scales of notes being played. I set this up and listen to plants. I’ll bring out my guitar and play along with the plant. I notice i find new melodies and fun patterns when playing with a plant that I wouldn’t have found without it. Thanks PlantWave! Show more
