Apple Music has had the same problem ever since iTunes and cloud storage initially was developed. The problem is when I delete a playlist, Apples never truly deletes it. Playlist that I deleted 3 years ago have suddenly shown up not just in my iPhone 14 ProMax, but are downloaded for offline music on my Apple Watch Ultra. The playlist that I wanted have deleted themselves off my devices. This has been a recurring problem since the beginning of the original iTunes and cloud storage. Apple has completely been negligent and doesn’t bother to fix it. I’m going back to Spotify now. Good riddens! Don’t mess with my music! Show more

I begging ?? for Apple to expand the oldies library beyond basic Motown, funk, & surfer jams. Every Mexican-American has that dad or tio with a complete mix of “our” oldies that were first complied into cassette tapes, then CDs, & now are bought at the swap meet on USB drives. Research the Art Laboe radio show & those late night dedications for the real gems. *these are English songs, don’t get confused. I don’t the artists or songs, but they played at every family gathering of my youth into the midnight hours. Show more

listen i know that apple very likely never reads these, but im begging / praying that this gets addressed. i made the switch from spotify to apple music because it wasnt letting me listen to music offline even tho i had everything downloaded. since the switch, i have been severely impressed. everything is great, if not better. on that note, when i switched to apple music, i was sad when i thought i could no longer listen to music on my xbox. after finding the apple music extension on xbox, i thought i found the best music app ever, but after a few weeks of using the extension and app, i am slightly peeved that i cant trade queues between the two programs. literally everything i have experienced from apple music so far is better than spotify, but i very much so miss being able to transfer queues between both apps. if this could be implemented, i would be the happiest music listener ever. please apple, i love your products and beg that you make this a normal feature. CarPlay frequently thinks I’m not subscribed and refuses to play anything not in my library In the app, tapping to play a song well frequently pop an alert saying I don’t have access. Dismissing the alert and tapping the item again plays it fine though Be better Show more

I have been a Spotify user for a time now and I want to switch over to Spotify, but the amount of songs and such I have liked and in playlists is far to much work to go over and I don’t know where else to put this idea so I decided to write a review to give this idea: let me upload screen shots to Apple Music so they can find the songs and do the work for me like an ai that reads the photo puts it in a selected playlist and than boom the switch is easy and if people want to add a song but just wanna take a picture for now it double down as an more convenient option, whatever apple staff guys sees this if you think it’s not stupid out this where ever the fancily named idea box is please ? (if you think it’s no good just reply or if anyone knows where I can actually submit this somewhere) Show more

My music isn’t playing although I’ve been paying my subscription every month! Useless!

The app it awful, and the suggested music feature looks like it was coded like a four year old, it is some of the worst I have seen

I generally really like Apple Music, but when it comes to synching musics between your deferent devices, it works as random as it gets. You can never rely on your musics/playlists being available on all your devices. It’s just so random. Show more

I’ve always loved the Apple Music. To me it’s user friendly & love that some of the playlist that I add to my library will automatically update with some new songs. Keeps things fresh. I really wish the new “sing” feature worked on iPhone 12s or newer. It’s a real bummer that my friends and I can’t do this. Otherwise a great app overall. Show more

Unable ti install and download songs

I have always preferred to purchase my songs from Apple, instead of doing the subscription. Because I don’t trust them to give me access to the thousands of songs I’ve already purchased, if I ever decided to end said subscription. I’ve heard bad things about that. So, I recently upgraded to a 14 pro and now, when I launch my music app, there’s a freaking ad for Apple Music I have to navigate through (it’s not a simple X) before I can start browsing my music. To make it even worse, the ad refreshes. So after listening to my music for a while, I open up the app again to select a different song and there’s the ad again. I drive for a living, and it’s making it very hard to use this app while doing so. So the tactic here is to make my listening experience as miserable as possible, forcing me to purchase a subscription, even though I’ve already paid for the music that I am attempting to listen to. Apple! Please add the option to connect Apple Music on my phone with the PlayStation 5 app. This would make my gaming like so much more seamless, to be able to choose playlists through my phone to my PS5. This will also give you a clear advantage over Spotify which I’m currently using as well. Show more
