I’ve been trying for a few weeks now to pair this device to either my mobile or my laptop. It worked initially for a few days. After that, I have never been able to connect again. Got desperate and retired troubleshooting on their website and using this app. No success. These same headsets were purchased for all 20 members of my training class. Everyone in the class has experienced the exact same issue. Waste of time and money. Show more

Similar to other reviews, after reconnecting and reinstalling everything, it will still not connect to an EPOS 560. Clearly this company needs to rebuild this app from the ground up…

Expected better compatibility from a German headphone company whose well known for a good sound experience

From a consumer stand point, by the flashy marketing, and the amazing feedback from other customers (excluding online feedback) and a company well known for making quality gaming headsets and headphones, you would expect their app to work with their new H3 Hybrids, right? The rule at most companies is the latest and greatest gets the best support in the app. But of course, we have to factor in that every company is different. But no, the user experience is super choppy, and the app doesn’t even work with your new H3 Hybrid gaming headphones you paid $200 for in cash at your local GameStop. Epos, I am a fan of your products, but I highly suggest you do better with your app. I value your attempt to make such an app in iOS though. For that, you deserve at the maximum 2 stars for effort. Some suggestions you might ask? List of suggestions: Updated UI The current UI is super choppy, so you should try updating the UI to a way where it is at least smooth at consistent 50-60hz at the industry standard. More support More support for your $200 headphones would be great. I would really appreciate being able to connect my $200 headphones to your app to activate noise cancelation as advertised. Will not pair with my H3Pro Hybrid headset. Attempted the troubleshooting steps in the app, but will not work.

Please update the app or create an app to control the EPOS - H3PRO Hybrid Wireless Closed Acoustic Gaming Headset I just bought. I’m on the fence about retuning them now because I have limited capability to adjust the sound. Show more

It just doesn’t work.

I can pair my new Adapt 360 with my iPhone 12 Pro and play music, but this app can’t find them.

App doesn’t work with the new H3 Hybrid Pro headphones and the desktop app doesn’t work on windows 11, this leaves me no way to change the sound. Why hasn’t this app been updated in months meanwhile you keep releasing products. Show more

Can't control headphone settings at all because of trash app. I'll probably return the headset because the default options are just bad

Doesn’t work with their current headset line

Straightforward controls and easy-to-navigate interface. You can hear music change as you adjust the sound controls. Good app!
