Will this ever be fixed?

I can’t pair my new hexamove pro to the app it just keeps loading with no menu. Please fix this issue asap.

App really needs some TLC. Does not work even though headphones are connected via Bluetooth.

It’s bad (or stupid) enough that I spent $500 on these headphones. This app on an iPad is totally ridiculous! The headphones will not pair, the app is useless. Can’t even see the device in my Bluetooth settings. Really regretting this purchase. Wish my Jaba’s hadn’t failed. Show more

Just bought and received, my Hexamove Pro ear buds, but can’t use app because it never opens, just a spinning wheel, indefinitely!! This issue has been known by V-MODA for over a year now! Yet, still no fix or workaround! I expected more from V-Moda, very disappointed. Don’t release headphones unless the App works, first! It’s kind of obvious! I’ve bought many pairs of headphones over the past several years from V-Moda, always pleased with performance and workmanship. Unless, they can show some kind of effort to address this issue, it’s time to look for comparable headphones from other manufacturers with apps that actually work! Show more

This app works Great. I had no problems using its freatures.

Following the instructions with my M200-ANC the app worked like it’s supposed to. Looks like it only works with certain models. I dig how you can customize the EQ for different scenarios. Show more

The app is a cool add-on for my Hexamove Pros. They weren’t discoverable until I removed them from the case.

Just installed and nothing. Just a spinning loading wheel. Disappointing.

The app just loads non stop and does nothing else. Disappointed to see there be no EQ option for expensive headphones

How is it the top of the line Bluetooth variant from Roland is not supported?

Updated to the latest software App still doesn’t work.

Pretty disappointing it only works for one model when I spent $350 on the ones I got I should have access to a premium feature like that

I saw a couple of reviews about the app not connecting to peoples paired headphones and ran into the same issue. I figured out pretty quickly what the problem was. If you pair your headphones through your phones bluetooth settings and then try to pair through the app it will fail. In this case you have to forget your device on your phone and pair it through v-modas app only. If you haven’t paired it yet just do it through the v-moda app. Show more

Yes, the app need work compared to the likes of Sony etc. However, those of you getting the “spinning wheel of death” likely have the Crossfades 1 or 2 which appear to Not have app support like the M 200 ANC at $500+ Show more

It doesn’t find my headphone and now when it loads it just does the spinning circle infinitely. Please fix!

App sits on spinning icon, never actually finds or connects to my headphones, despite the headphones ALREADY BEING CONNECTED AND PLAYING MUSIC. These are too expensive to not access the EQ. Show more

Same issue. You open the app and nothing happens. Just a blank screen and the little spinning icon at the top ??? V-Moda use to stand for quality
