Purchased all languages for 109$ Cannot access them !! App does not show the text material as expected

Don’t bother with this. I bought the lessons and still cannot access them. No customer service. Horrible. I am trying to get my money back.

I have paid $64.99 for the “all languages” option. Yet when I went back to the app after paying, every lesson beyond lesson 1 remained locked. When I click on lesson 2 I am, again, redirected to the sales page. I have emailed the contact individual who comes up when you click on “report a problem” in the app…3 times. I have received no response. I believed this was a reputable company?! Show more

I was told this was a free app but now it is not.

Not only I cannot get access to the courses I paid for, I cannot reach a human being at radio lingua to resolve the problems

App took my payment but won’t work. It won’t play the second installment (the first was free) And I am able to click on every menu item EXCEPT “report problem”. I can’t find a way to get help Show more

I have purchased the full Spanish module. However sessions don’t open. PLS HELP!!!!

Radio Lingua have already entered a legal process to ensure that this unauthorised app is removed from the App Store. As you have purchased this app, you will need to contact Apple regarding a refund. Refunds are normally only granted within the first 30 days of purchasing. Failing this we would suggest that you contact the developer of the app as listed within the app itself, although from the experience of other listeners who have also bought the app it is unfortunately unlikely that you'll hear back from them. Loved this app until I could not download any lessons after lesson 20. Sent messages to developers with no response. Deleted app and reinstalled. Paid again. Stu won’t download beyond lesson 20 Show more

Beware. Don’t buy this It is fake

This app came highly recommended by a friend so I was very excited to try it out. Unfortunately, though, the content won’t load for me despite many attempts is different locations :( Show more

Worthless!!!

Every time I go in it wants me to pay all over again. I still haven’t been able to use it. And there’s no login option on the app
