    Love this App
    What a great app. My kids love listening to their favorite Frozen playlist with one east click in the EzLink button in their karaoke machine that we bought from Target!

    App works great!
    Instructions are clear and pairs seamlessly with my device. Kids love the product and this makes it a lot easier for me to put on their favorite songs! 5 stars!

    Won’t stay connected
    The app will connect to my steaming apps and the button on the device works with the apps great at first. However anytime you close the ez app it forgets my device and I have to go through the whole set up again. Its okay as long as an adult is there to set it up for my kiddo but unfortunately it means she doesn’t have the complete freedom to start it up on her own. Show more

    SUCCESSFUL
    Reading all of the negative reviews and being cautious when buying this product, I found this product to be amazing! The app worked perfect! It did take about 1 min for it to pair but the microphone played the music and theres no errors! Show more

    Doesn’t work
    Unable to connect to anything, worked when my daughter originally got the karaoke machine but trying to reconnect the blue tooth and I doesn’t work.

    Constantly disconnecting
    The app constantly disconnects from the Frozen Bluetooth karaoke machine. It won’t even play a song for a minute before it disconnects.

    Here’s how to set up EZ Link feature on your karaoke machine.
    1. after the unit is fully charged, flip the switch on the unit to take it out of demo mode and flip it to the on position.. step two. Flip the mode switch to Bluetooth mode. If it is in the USB mode it will not pair with the product or smart device you also cannot use the EZ Link feature in USB mode, it Needs to be in Bluetooth mode. you also cannot use the EZ Link feature in USB mode, it Must be in Bluetooth mode. The Mode switch is what needs to be in Bluetooth mode. The mode switch needs to be switched to Bluetooth mode. The EZ Link feature will not work in USB mode. The EZ Link feature will not work in USB mode. So it has to be in Bluetooth mode. Step three. Once the karaoke machine is in Bluetooth mode, you will need to go into your settings and select the pairing name for your product. Step four after selecting the pairing name for your product, open the EZ Link app. Step five, press the set up new device button after selecting the pairing name for your product, The product name will include part of this EZ-Link 554 along with a couple more letters that may be different for each karaoke machine. after connected, click on set up new device. Before clicking on set up new device, you need to make sure that your karaoke machine is connected to the smart phone. Also, if it if the app asks, If the app asks permission to access Bluetooth, you need to click allow. If you click don’t allow this app will not work. you must click the allow access button. Bluetooth access is only needed for using the EZ Link feature. After clicking the set up device button, follow the instructions to set up The easy link feature on the device. Show more

    Can’t get it to pair
    Going to have a ver disappointed little girl. Can’t get this dang thing to pair with any of our devices. Troubleshooting didn’t help. I removed and reinstalled app, that didn’t help. Tried multiple devices still no pairing. Sadly was a gift and we can’t return to buy something that she can actually play with. Show more

    Just purchased the karaoke machine for my daughter’s birthday and the ez link app is not pairing with any of our devices.

    Does not work!
    I don’t see the point of having the machine if it won’t connect to Bluetooth! It is so frustrating cause I can’t return it.

    Easy to use
    Quick set up the app did work you can press the star button and it plays music from your streaming device as long as your connected through Bluetooth as well it plays the Disney hits playlist on Spotify if you click twice and the Encanto soundtrack if pressed twice I love it my daughter loves it Show more

    Worked fine for me
    Not sure why there are so many complaints. This worked for me on the first try. -1 star for having to go into settings manually to pair Bluetooth.
